Abe helped me get my car off the auto transport for $25. He definitely enjoys his duties and putting the customer first. He is a wonderful man who wants to see the customer happy.

MARK S.I returned the truck to the designated drop-off area and they had an issue closing out the contract because there was no internet. This location does not have Wi-Fi, and a mobile device is required for the Level 1 return. I waiting for over 30 minutes for the issue to be resolved. I attempted to call the U-Haul dispatch location, and they said there was nothing they can do. I am not pleased with this service. U-Haul needs to be flexible with the contract close-out process.

RAFAT S.I kinda wish that there was a special price for like half day rentals. We kept our truck for less then 4 hrs and only drove 19 miles leaving with a full tank. I just believe paying 123 for less then 4 hrs and not close to the 30 miles. Just my opinion
kim C.Worst Uhaul experience EVER! I had to drive over 600 miles without cruise control, the seatbelt kept tightening and there was no way to lower it off my neck, the seal in the driver window wasn't completely tight and the ride was super loud and lastly the truck had close to 100 000 miles and sounded like it was going to explode! Oh and the gas mileage was horrible as there were stickers all over the inside to “drive green†a little hard to do that without cruise control. That POS needs to be “retired.†Obviously uhaul rents out the biggest pieces of crap whe you are taking it one way out of state! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
Rhonda B.Better parking lot that's not gravel and to step out of the truck and be in 6†of water because of rain pooling in the parking lot. The building is basically falling over. The truck needed air in the tires and the oil life indicator was at 0 % left. The truck needed some maintenance to say the least bit. Other than that, got the job done.

ZACHARY T.The man who checked me in was just willing to let me go without first closing the account. I insisted he check me and the equipment in so no surprises later. He did so but did not indicate that the receipt would be emailed. Not rude but not very friendly. Seemed very pre-occupied. .Location seems to need some TLC.

I also appreciated his precautions with Covid and maintaining and requiring patrons to be responsible for wearing a mask to keep people safe! He made a stressful moving event not so stressful on us when it came to renting a U-Haul, which was quite possibly the best decision, as it made the moving process way easier. Thanks Abe!
BRITTANY J.I was very disappointed when I came to pick up the truck for my move. First - I was told my rental was not on property (unavailable) which was wasting time for moving. I was there at scheduled time but it took longer to pick up truck due to lack of expertise in speed. Second - the office was not up to par regarding cleanliness during time of Covid Pandemic. Third - Due to the fact of getting a smaller truck, I believe I should get a discount

Michelle B.Made reservation for 9:00 am. Had called shop 5 days earlier to confirm reservation, no one at actual location. They said they would look for my reservation and be there. At reservation time, no one at location, I called again, and owner showed up half hour later. Said he didn't open until 10:00! Location is very ramshackle, office filthy, and generally indifferent attention. Would not recommend to anyone else. My rental vehicle was ok and my experience at other end was fine.

There was nobody there when i arrived. called all 5 of the different phone numbers listed on the front of the building, no answers. waited an hour, still no show. Called u-hall. they were able to get me a truck from another location. had to get another uber to take me to the new location. it was fine after that. 2 hours of my life and an additional $15 for the uber that i won't get back.

However, upon arriving to the lot, I was unable to check into my reservation, could not contact the U-Haul corporate number or the location. Which then delayed my moving plans til Sunday 8/27.

I ended up having to pay twice as much for half the size uhaul and drive 4 extra hours because they called me the day before my scheduled “guaranteed†pickup and said they had to cancel it. They are supposed to pay the $50 fee to me, but what's that compared to the extra $150 I ended up paying, the extra 4 hours of driving, and the unbelievable amount of stress!!! And when I tried to talk to someone about possibly getting a break on the mileage rate I just got bounced around to different people for an hour and told it's not a corporate issue, it's the location decision. Then they say it's corporate. Just a waste of time and a hot mess!…and still no results. No compassion or understanding for their customer's situation at all. Very disappointed.

BIG COMPLAINT is the U-Haul app / mobile pickup. This didn't work at all, and I ended up having to wait 45 minutes for pickup approval through the app. The guy at the shop ended up having to manually process my rental because the mobile pickup was taking so long.
