Richard GoldenI pulled up to this location and it was not clear where to return the equipment so I had to double park and go inside to ask. I was given instructions and told someone would be out to help me. After 15 minutes of waiting, I called and she said someone should have been out and she would send someone. I had to wait another 7 minutes. Somone showed up and asked me to move the trailer to a spot I could not have gotten it into. He was less than helpful but finally gave up and let me leave it in the spot I was initially told to put it in. The return required three more phone calls to get them to actually enter the return.

jose ariasThis was a self serve drop off, I went to the counter to turn in my key, I was told there was nothing else to do. I also told the representative that the check engine light was on. I did not receive my final paperwork so I called U Haul to get that and also to inform them about the check engine light (which I don't think was reported)

Okjin KimUpon returning the truck, I completed the return process on the app only to find out there was mileage discrepancy for over 300 miles. My move was from Pasadena TX to Houston TX for a total of 32 miles! I was expected to pay close to $400.00. The personnel at the auto shop refused to close out my return on his end after I confirmed with customer service on a plan of action for my rental. I attended the call on speaker so the personnel would be be able to communicate with the customer service but he showed a great deal of attitude towards the situation. He was not helpful. They need to improve on better customer service.

Lynn GreenhillUhaul should introduce reimbursement for returning the vehicle with MORE fuel than it was received with. I picked up the truck with 1/4 tanks and returned it with 3/4. When the truck has a 30 gallon tank we are talking about the truck getting 15 gallons out of me. Not cool.

Edgar AcevedoI think you should clarify your prices. Was not expecting to pay $280 when they told me it was 0,89 cents per mile and it actually ended up being 1.19. And they're still charging a fuel charge and then an economy fee?

Hilary PurcellThere was a problem with the U-Haul website which took almost 2 hours to work around. The dealer stayed open late and kept trying with U-Haul on the phone until I got my truck.
Cheryl AndrewsSmell so unclean and strongly nasty inside the truck. Customer service was poor. When i was returning the keys wanted to get receipt, front desk denied to do so. Just because he had other car garage business next door and had to finish that work 1st. They made me wait 30mints in store to get receipt but again customer service didnt not give me receipt for the rental truck that i used. I strongly do not recommend this location.

Brittany ParrishThe trip from my house to the UHaul location is 0,9 miles, we were taking some furniture to a temporary storage location which is on the way. The round trip, according to Google maps was a total of 1,8 miles. I was charged for 6 gallons of fuel $26,12 plus $30 service fee. They claim they had a picture of the mileage which is a lie. I am not seeking for reimbuersemt of any kind, just letting you know you have crooks working for you and reflect poorly on UHaul.

johnny grayService was very slow. I put extra gas into truck until it was full because the number of miles until "empty" would not match the number before the trip. I put in almost 4 gallons for a short move. I showed the clerk the receipt and pictures before and after of the dash. The clerk would not ask his supervisor if they could refund some of my money for the extra gas. He was very slow, and seemed not to care.
Whitney WeatherlyReservation worked perfectly. Carlos was great at getting everything hooked up. My only concern was the parking lot is a little bit tight for maneuvering a trailer. Some of that was probably my lack of experience in backing up trailers into tight spaces. Carlos was very good at coaching us through it.
Michael KleinThe reservation was a issue right from the start. They tried to over charge me at pickup. After 45 minutes, changing my original drop time and proof of my receipt that I printed, I finally got the truck. Dropped the truck off early and the store refused to check me with a walk through and final receipt. I was told they would send me a receipt and another person (who wasn't available) would check it out and close the order. I took pictures of the miles and fuel returning it with the correct amount of fuel at drop off. When I saw the final charges they charged me a refueling fee $30 & a extra charge for the actual fuel $34 I called the store and they refuse to speak to me and they said call the 800 number we don't deal with this. Hung up in my face and wouldn't answer my call again. No one has returned my emails or refunded me for the incorrect charges that I have proof for. 18 days later still no response from uhaul
