Hard to improve on perfection. All jokes aside, I have used this location several times over the years and I can say they have been most accommodating and friendly and are the standard for service in my eyes. And that's with dealing with a different employee each visit.

This dispatcher location sent two full/occupied Uboxes (with someone else's stuff) out to a customer's location to be loaded. Once this was discovered, the two boxes had to be sent back to the dispatcher, and new empty boxes re-loaded on to the trailer. This caused a significant delay in beginning the load-up of the customer's things and ended up resulting in not being able to get the trailer and boxes back to the dispatcher on time.

They need more staffs. When I picked up the trailer, I had to hook it up by myself with one of other customers. When I dropped it off, nobody was in the office and the door was locked. So I had to do everything myself even in the business hours.

I do not like leaving negative reviews for businesses because I get that sometimes people can be having a bad day, but this wasn't the case with this location. They are 100 % purposely deceptive and such a bad representation of their business. They WILL take your money. I had questions about the charges for a U-Haul truck rental before I ran my card and instead of being honest about the charges, the young girl insisted that she didn't know what the rental rate is and proceeded to argue that she's not able to see the rental rate on her screen. I made a 24-hour rental reservation from (10 am to 10 am the next day.) She was charging for 2 days because I picked up the truck 1 hour earlier than the reservation was made for. This is something that she could have advised me of, especially since I asked for a breakdown, but she argued she didn't know. It has happened before at a different location and was rectified by changing the drop off time to make it a 24-hour period. The truck was returned 7 hours later - shortly before 4 pm and the keys were handed directly to her, in her hand. However, when I received my emailed final receipt, it shows it was returned at 10 am the following day. She waited 18 hours to complete the rental so that she could charge the additional day - FOR THAT ONE HOUR! I had this corrected by a U-Haul representative and was refunded for the extra day, but it should have never been charged to begin with. I won't even get into how dirty the truck was. I didn't even want to give them one star but there was no option for less. They don't deserve it.

Debbie was awesome!!! she went far and above to help make a stressful return much easier. You need to praise employees like her for doing more then just her job,.she had new wipers bought to replace the bad ones before I even got to her location so no one else had the same bad experience I had..

Fuel wasn't all the way full, and the truck takes more gas when your filling up even when it shows that's it passed the full line just to make you pay more for gas. Pretty lame. Couldn't drop off the uhaul in ft. Worth so I had to drive 20 extra mins to Arlington and pay extra for the mileage

I was not given any paperwork. When I came to return the truck the gentleman working didn't know I had it. Had to call and straighten the whole mess out. This was after being sent to 4 locations that didn't have the truck I requested.

On 9/30/2021, I rented a Uhaul from the Whitefield location for 2days. When placing the order, I was told we just needed to pick up the uhaul. After driving to Fort Worth, we were supposed to go to Athens, TX and drop off the Uhaul there. That job in Athens got moved to a new location so we returned the Uhaul to Garland, TX rather than the original plan of dropping it off in Athens , TX. Prior to dropping it off, I called Uhaul and was told we wouldn't be charged extra for dropping at a different location. ONCE I VIEWED MY STATEMENT, I NOTICED I WAS CHARGED A $200 CLEANING FEE. THIS UHAUL WAS CLEANER WHEN WE DROPPED IT OFF THAN WHEN I PICKED IT UP. The day after we returned the uhaul, I received a voice mail (which I actually just listened to today) from Chedrick stating that we had stolen the Uhaul (even though I have a contract from uhaul with the same dates). I called Chedrick today & it went straight to his voice mail. I left a message but still haven't heard back, 4 hours later. After this, I called Uhaul in Garland to ask why we were charged this cleaning fee. I was told we were charged this because we dropped it at a different location. I explained to the lady what I was told by uhaul when I called and she said I would need to call the district manager, who again is Chedrick. I called him again, but again straight to voice mail. So in meantime, this morning, I reserved another Uhaul from the Eufaula location. Once there, I was told we would need to do online check in, which wasn't showing to be available. I called the customer service number and was told we could no longer do business with Uhaul because of the stolen trailer. I explained the situation AGAIN to this gentleman... he said I needed to contact the general manager, Chedrick. I told him I had already tried contacting him and gotten no response. I was then given the General Manager's name & phone number (Ken Cunningham). Prior to calling him, I decided I'd call the Whitefield location to see what they had to say. The girl I spoke to was shocked and said she'd contact another person who works there and they'd get back to me. She did also confirm their location has NO ONLINE CHECK IN. Waiting for a call back. A pretty sad situation considering that we rent uhaul trailers 5 to 10 times a year to deliver cabinets!!!!

Got insurance. Rented one day, 24hr. Returned on time, filled up. Female parked it,,, who WAS NOT EMPLOYEE. GUY AT COUNTER CHARGED ME DAMAGES $350 .... OF WHICH I DID NOT CAUSE. HE HAD ME WAIT OUTSIDE IN HEAT WHILE HE GOT MY EXTRA CHARGE PASS DEBIT CARD OUT OF STATE... LIAR SAID COMPUTER VIRUS WAS REASON I WAITED... (with witness) That place is a prostitute stop. Renting space by hour... NOT TRUCKS. I'M 64 yr. Female raped MY SOCIAL SECURITY AUTO DEPOSIT OUT OF STATE. SHUT IT DOWN. LAWYER CONTACTED. DO WHAT IS NEEDED. PAY ME BACK, DROVE IT TO CHURCH, MOVE A FRIEND. THANK YOU. I HAVE BEEN ILL SINCE THE INCIDENT.

This location in Garland is very poorly maintained. I was over charged. I have done business with U HAUL FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME. I WAS OVER CHARGED. I TOOK PICTURES of the mileage and the gas amount,before I left. I used the truck for two days over, mileage low. I put more gas in than that was when I left. Than I was charged over two hundred dollars more.

Hire competent and friendly reps. She was an ass, with an attitude. Did not know how to connect the 6x12 trailer, or had anyone around that did. All she would say is "Do you want to cancel?", after I had driven 250 miles and reserved the trailer. She was the most incompetent, unfriendly, don't-give-a-damn person I have ever encountered. 99 % of the U-Haul reps I've dealt with over all these years have been knowledgeable, competent and friendly. It's a shame she sullies the entire U-Haul name.
