maura vNothing. This was the best truck (or even car) rental experience that I've ever had. Tina was very helpful and accommodating. No unexpected charges or fees and the truck was clean and ran well.
Brenda NI didn't entirely understand the fuel process so at check in I took a picture of the fuel and didn't put the actual amount fuel and I was overcharged for fuel. I do have the photos just didn't completely understand the process.

Vinod CPrices are too high. I was asked to return my truck earlier than I booked because they do not allow trucks parked outside the gate. They should have someone on duty for that rather than ask me to be done sooner to avoid a few.

Doyle CService your Uhaul! I've driven uhaul's 3-4 other times before and it was never as bad as this one. At some point I wasn't sure if the uhaul was going to break in time or if I was about to just run a red light into traffic. Other than that everything else was great.

Long story short, nothing about that place, says uhaul but the trucks outside...HORRIBLE REPRESENTATIVE OF YOU BRAND. what s joke. Shut that place down. AND TO THINK I BROUGHT MY FAMILY WITH ME, TO RENT A TRUCK...THAT'S SO SAD. I had to pay more in the long run. Ms Tina at the Access location was the only reason i didn't take my money and business elsewhere. Give her a raise ASAP.

Nick LCar was easy to drive and I used the app to check in. Very easy. Had to use the truck longer than usual but U-haul extended my reservation without hassle.
Veronica CI was threated by the representative. I scheduled the uhaul for 3 hours and was told i would be charged an extra day for being late 30 minutes. I was told there was another customer that reserved the truck. I just dont see how that was my fault and why i should pay. Please call me on this. I was very upset, as it was running behind let alone have someone threaten me in my time distress.

PATRICIA LUhaul was unorganized. The truck had little to no gas. I had to add gas's before I could use it the add gas before returning it and they STILL CHARGED me for not putting gas in the damn truck that was EMPTY when I got it. I was told to drop the truck off in one location (I did the SAME DAY OF RENTAL) yet a rude woman was calling my phone the first thing the next morning accusing me of stealing the raggedy and dirty truck!! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER use UHAUL again.

PAMELA-LEE HThis location was excellent and extremely helpful and kind. However, my overall experience was absolutely terrible, and I will never be using U-Haul or recommending U-Haul to anyone ever again. In fact I will be going out of my way to let people know about my experience. All started out with the EXTREMELY poor customer service at the Denton, TX location. We had a reservation for at 26 foot truck to find out that if you are late to get the truck l (even if it's for circumstances out of your control) they will give your truck away and claim they tried to call you. Nope never got a single call, and the very unfriendly gentleman behind the counter claim that I'm a liar and that he personally called and got a busy signal. Really a busy signal on a cell phone???? Not buying that BS. Then not even try to find you another truck. That's only the tip of the iceberg. Call the number on the website, they claim to have found a truck. GREAT, or so I thought. Get to that location to be told that they have no idea why they would send us there because they don't have anything available. So, call again and are told they found a truck at another location that's about 45 minutes away. At this point what choice do I have? Drive the 45 minutes, and guess what? No keys for the truck that they have. Which brings me to my final U-Haul location, which again was AMAZING. Unfortunately they didn't have the truck size I needed, so I had to take a smaller truck and make multiple trips on the two hottest days of the year to move my family. I would give negative stars if I knew it wouldn't go against the kind folks that finally helped me. Which by the way I had to drive another hour to get to. I will never be using U-Haul for any services again and will be rather vocal about my experiences this past weekend.

FREDERICK LThe people were so polite and helpful. They were really caring as if it was for their own family. They actually cared it was fake. Tina and I think his name was Glen they made me know that we still have nice people in this world.
SAMMIE MEasy drop off process but I made sure the truck had a full tank and was clean, pads folded as requested, and two bags of unopened pads were included.
