The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because of the location. I drove around for a good 20 minutes trying to find the building. The person on the phone told me they were located behind the mexican restaurant. So I went to the restaurant to find that they were not there. Other than that, no complaints.

It was not well staffed and we had to wait till 9:15 to get any service. since the only person that was there was outside cleaning out the returned equipment from the previous day.

Terry and George are two wonderful people to work with. I have had 2 storage units for quite some time therefore worked with them on several occasions. I would choose this location to do business with in the future because they are so great to deal with. I was early in picking up my truck and saw Terry actually sweeping out the truck, cleaning the windows and side view mirrors, she DID the work, didn't just look. That's impressive. I cannot think of anything they can improve on - they are the best and top of the line already!

I rented the Auto Transport. Before loading the trailer, I checked the tires and noticed that one was low on air. Aired the tire back up to 50psi and went on my way. 2 hours into the trip, we stopped and I decided to check the tires again. The tire that I previous aired up was now down to 29psi. I called Uhual and they sent someone to replace the tire, but I think someone should have checked the tires before I picked up the trailer. Initially all I did was kick the tires and I knew it was low on air. Someone at the uhaul center could have done that and save me 90 minutes waiting for a replacement tire.

Make sure the customer sees the information about how big the tank is and how to figure the approximate amount of fuel to replace. At the gas station, I asked the people there if they had any idea how big a cargo van tank would be, and they didn't have a clue. So I put in a certain amount and then tried to use the distance the needle moved on the gas gauge to figure how much more to add. It didn't work. The needle raced halfway to the mark I needed to reach, making me think if I put the same amount of gas in again, I'd be done. Nope. From then on, the needle just crept along a tiny bit at a time. I ended up putting in gas four times before I finally called UHaul for help. Then they told me about the little tiny sentence under the place on the contract that shows the gas gauge. By that time it was hard to figure how much more to add, so I added too much and made UHaul happy (but not so much me!). Anyway, the van was clean, the ride was good, the air conditioning was good, the people at the rental location were fine, and all's well that ends well! Thanks.

I was told I would receive an updated receipt in my email when I returned the truck. My card was charged but I have yet to receive a receipt with the breakdown of the cost for the rental. I need a receipt for documentation to get reimbursed.

Awful experience still waiting to hear back on customer complaint and partial refund. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. If I’m not contacted regarding my complaint by Tuesday I will be filing with BBB
