I reserved a dolly with my on-line order but when I arrived at the store, there were none available. The charge was removed but I really needed the dolly that day. I was told there was a Qtr. tank of gas, but there was slightly less. I returned the vehicle with over a Qtr tank of gas.

The employee was more worried about taking care of the truck first and relocating it rather than taking care of the customer
THIERRY HI scheduled a 26' UHaul a month in advance and was told someone would contact me the day prior to picking it up. They did call. When I arrived to pick it up I was asked if I had a reservation. He looked me up and confirmed who I was and said I would receive a email of where to drop the truck off. Handed me the keys, told me where it was parked and off I went. The drop off was very convenient as well. Most communications are done via email or text. Easy-to-use.
debra r$162 for 2 hours. The ad said $29 for the 15' U-Haul and I added insurance. Bill online said $62 which was already a let down, but when I go to pay at the store it turned into $162!!!! Freaking ridiculous just to take a couch and trash to the dump.

When we returned the truck today due to traffic we were approximate 1 hour late and were charged an additional day. no consideration was take for inconenience that Uhaul cause us .l

Patrice NBack of UHaul was left with a lot of trash (I took pictures) and the floor was dirty, which I had to clean up to put my furniture and mattresses on. Also, the truck had a problem. Where it would start hopping on the highway at times. I had to pull over twice, put truck in Park and then restart for the hopping to stop. Additionally, truck only had 1/4 tank of gas, so I had to immediately fill up the truck. Since I didn't know hoe much gas I would need. I ended up putting in too much and left the truck with 1/2 a tank, which was way more than I needed to. I'm not happy about the rental!

Pierre ENothing was wrong at the location. However the price quote online and the amount collected were a couple hundred dollars different. Not sure why this occurred. But, if it was truly tax, which is the suggestion that was made by the clerk, then I would recommend that tax be included in the online estimate.

Samuel GThe app was having problems both at pickup time and when I returned. Was down at pickup and then crashed doing the return. Was at the pictures of interior part when doing the return and when I pulled it back up it said I had no active rentals. Was after hours of the store being open. Finished the pickup in the store but on return since it crashed and then said no returns just dropped off the keys in the after hours box after locking the truck up and left.
Mark NI scheduled my pickup for 7am at a different location. The day before, a Uhaul rep called and asked me to pick up at this location instead, which was an extra 15 minutes away from my home. Upon arriving to the location, the Uhaul website didn't allow me to actually pickup the vehicle. I was on the phone with support for over an hour, all to no avail. In the end, I just ended up waiting for the Ace Hardware that handles the rentals to open. All in all, this was a very aggravating experience.

Was in line to return and was late by 20 min while waiting long line and was charged another day lady was very disrespectful and upset when speaking to me to explain why was I charged another day she said because another person reserved it and they need it and she was upset and I turned the uhual clean and full tank and was treated bad ! Very unprofessional on their behalf !

Pat GI had to made changes to my reservation and everyone was very helpful. Overall, it was in good condition. However, there was a problem with the key or lock. I was unable to unlock the passenger door twice. It took a number of tries to get the key to unlock the door after inserting it., reversing it, until it finally worked. There was also a problem with the key in the ignition. I was unable to turn the key to turn the engine off. It would not budge. I could not pull the key out. I put the shift in gear and then in park again and it still would not turn off. Finally after several minutes of trying it finally did turn off.
Joe PA low tire light was on the entire time bEfore i left I told them and the said it was always on. Hard to read the mileage with the warning on. I pill the truck up to where i got it at and was charge 27.?? For fuel. If i was off i was not off by 27 dollars didnt have time to deal with it was in a rush. Ao i was not pleased at all.
SANDRA DTruck was not clean. Truck was also parked closely to another truck. I had to go through the passenger side to get to the driver seat. I also never received my refund for the mileage.

Hector TI rented a tow dolly for 7 hours, at 1:30pm. I dropped it back off at the place I got it from at 4:30pm even though I had paid for a 6 hour rental they claimed I returned it at 8:17am the next morning, charging me another day for a tow dolly I didn't use for more than 3 hours. Would not recommend to a friend

Kenneth KI ordered a dozen furniture pads along with the rental truck. When I went to pick up the truck, the person at the counter removed them, saying their location does not provide furniture pads. First, it's ridiculous for any U-Haul location to not have furniture pads. Second, why could I order them online if that location doesn't provide them? Ridiculous.
JAMES WThe truck that we made reservations for was not available, the truck was at the location but no keys. We were given a bigger truck, which was fine but we didn't need the extra space. The truck we were given was empty, so we had to go put gas in it, the seat belts were not in good condition, the driver side did not secure across the body and was loose and not really operational. This is the 2nd time we rented from this location as it is close to our home, the first time there was an issue with the truck we rented as well.

Jarred JThis return was good, very quick and easy. I was charged an additional 36 for gas after already spending $120 getting the fuel level up to where i understood it should be on the return document. Im not satisfied with that but I will have to pay it. as soon as I start my job.

Dewey cThe back of the uhaul was very dirty from the last renter. I requested a furniture. Dolly did not receive it. Customer service was horrible. No accommodations were made. I had to move heavy furniture by lifting with no help from a dolly or anything.

Courtney WOpened the truck up to find a bunch of trash left behind from previous customer. Took pictures and cleaned it out myself. Told them when it was turned and showed them the pictures. Didn't seem to care, nor offer a discount for renting equipment that wasn't even cleaned…
