John SStop confirming you have a rental available at one location, then calling and saying you have switched the rental to another location for pickup. This is the second time we've used U-Haul, and our reservation has been rerouted after confirmation. Frustrating, and it was further away from where the website said a trailer was available. Your website is not very efficient.

Matthew G | Expérience généraleEmployees at Acorn are so easy to work with for truck rental and storage. Would recommend them for moving and storage needs. They are very helpful and responsive. No problems with reserving or equipment pick up with them. U-haul changed my pick up location for my truck pick up to a location far from the storage unit. It didn't make any sense. Acorn staff were able to get me a truck from their location so I didn't burn miles by having to pick up and drive to the storage unit. This is the second time U-haul has changed pick up locations, which is really irritating. Not a great experience working with them.

Vincent SThis is my second time I have used Acorn Storage and I have been extremely imprressed with how clean this facility is. No insects seen and no dust getting into the unit. I have used the climate controled units both times. Staff is always very friendly and professional. I have also used Acorn mutliple times for vehicle rentals also and the same is true for that part of the business,

Marian LThe truck I reserved was waiting for me and everything went well. The employee at check-in was very polite and knowledgeable. I did mention to the employee when returning the truck that it was stuck in tow mode and they were aware of it and said the problem does have a work order in for the repair.
ED WMake after hours returns more simple. The site was a little frustrating and we could not complete the necessary steps without getting kicked off the site. I will have to call in the morning and hope they don't charge me the $20 convenience fee.

john bAcorn Mini Storage Of Port Orange is a very clean facility. Owner was super helpful and friendly. Another painless process to obtain and return equipment. Uhaul and Acorn together is amazing.
Robert Lthe truck has a loose front end, It was a little tough to keep it in my lane. Also It read full on the fuel gauge, but I went 10 miles and put 3 gallons of fuel in it.

Jon HAcorn Mini Storage was wonderful. However, we requested a rental in Ormond Beach (half an hour to the north of Acorn). We had to drive South to pick the trailer up, and drive back north. Since we were not allowed to return the trailer to the location we had requested to rent from, we spent 2 hours extra in driving time and a lot more fuel. We feel we should have been able to at least return to where we were supposed to have been able to get the trailer. It is U-Haul's policy that we have a problem with.

Tom RVery clean facility. We rented a storage unit for four months because of having to relocate due to Hurricane Ian. The entire process was smooth and easy. We were able to get a climate controlled unit and the building was well lit as well. Easy access to our belongings, etc. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
