Great to deal with.Very professional-pickup and drop off went with no issues. Would use their services again.
TONY SThe issue was not with this location, but U-Haul in general. I'd booked a 15 foot truck and was told the night before pickup (when I called this location to confirm the rental) that this location does not allow 15 foot trucks on one-way trips. A 20 foot truck was substituted instead. This was on U-Haul. Why would they tell me I could rent a truck that was never available? Anyway, the service in St Marys was great.

Robert POnly thing I would suggest is your team needs to check the tires on the trailers more closely. Although I made my trip (1 200 kms.) I discovered my trailer had a bald spot on the tires with the wires sticking out on the radials. But I made it safely, so everything went OK. Thanks Neil Anderson
Neil AMake sure the place is open when booking. I made my reservation for 8am and showed up to find the place closed. My ride has already left and I had to wait an hour to pickup. Then the payment I used to booked wasn't allowed to be used in the location. Thankfully I had family to call to cover it. I was starting to panic as I booked with the card and then wasn't allowed to use to pay. The gentleman at the location was great and did what he could. Definitely need to do some backend work and make sure times are correct and payment can be taken at location.

IAN EUpon return payment terminal system failed. Waited while they tried to fix it. Only accepted credit card entered when registering. Frustrating
Bruce BI was billed two entirely different amounts than quoted and the total was 3 times the cost. This was booked and billed online. I will be getting this rectified.

greg mThis location is great for this small town. I used to have to go out of town which was inconvenient so I am happy U-Haul has joined us. I do think the vehicle was a little dirty, it could have been swept out a bit. Other than that I have no complaints.

Heidi VKate was great processing my rental, though it would have been nice if it was simplified in terms of processing the payment. Since I reserved with my credit card, it should be a simple process to confirm I picked up the rental and my credit card charged. Also, this location is great, but has limited inventory. Would be nice if they offered a 4x7 trailer and a pickup truck.
MIKE FYour billings suck and are very confusing. You would cut down on a number of inquiries if you made them more logical.

Maxwell WThe folks at Action were very helpful I am so thankful that they are willing to host a U-Haul depot in St Marys. It is a valuable service to the town and I am sure that it is not a huge moneymaker for them but again it is a great service to have in town.

Louise BFees , fees ..hilarious...that's how drop off sites make their money I was told by u haul where I picked up. They could find my drop off in St Marys...now I know why
Andre HHi , when getting and dropping off the app is hard to use due to connectivity abilities in the area you are at the time , so if it was after hours this is a real problem as extra charges would be incurred, Thank You
