The first location gave me false information so an extra 20 miles was added since I had to drive to cherry valley. This location is great but U-Haul owes me $20
JUSTYN RThis was the very first time I actually had a good experience with U-Haul. In the past, my experience was usually problematic, this place was the absolute best! If I ever need to rent from U-Haul again, this will be the place I get it from.

SANTIAGO LThe drop off location at 110 S D st charged us and we should not have to pay. I talked to Lisa explained the situation. She looked at my paperwork and agreed. The guy who did the charge got all my info wrong and Lisa saw right away that he was wrong. Please find out how he came up the the amount if Lisa saw what mileage we were to get and an extra day. Thank Lisa for knowing what to do. I'm getting the total amount back that we were charged. Give Lisa a raise!
LEONA HThey were wonderful. Pick up was a breeze with kind, friendly staff that helped us put multiple drivers as insured for the vehicle. Drop off was also super simple.. Would absolutely use them again.

ROSA PThey had a small handwritten sign saying that customers would be charged 45 dollars for after hours drop offs. I had completed my online after hours drop off BEFORE I saw the sign AND there was no place to leave the keys. UHaul customer service couldn't change the drop off location because the check list was completed and as far as they were concerned the truck was returned. I left the truck locked up at the return location at the suggestion of Customer Service but I had to drive to the drop off location to return the keys the next day. The app should not let you start an after hours drop off if the location does not accept them. This is horribly poor customer service and added an hour of frustration at the end of a long day.
