LINDA SAt this location the mobile pick up isn't really effective or efficient. Better to just head inside and check in at the counter. The person there made is quick and easy! They also had to go around back and get the truck, wouldn't have been accessible for a mobile pick up.

ROBERT MI was overcharged for gas. I returned the truck with exactly the same about of gas I left with, an 8th of a tank. You can check the check in I submitted. I was charged 18 dollars to fill it another 8th of a way. I was also charged 30,5 for the coverage that I opted out of because I was going to use my own insurance. For a person on a budget this is very disheartening!

Keith GI had to wait for one hour to get my rental because it was not even at the location when I arrived, delaying my plans. I got 1 quarter of a tank as well. The back was not well closed and so it opened halfway to my apartment. Also, I rented a dolly, which was nowhere to be found in the truck or at the location. Overall a bad experience.
Francisco AI was under the impression that some items I ordered would be available, including a hand truck and furniture protection pads. When I arrived, they informed me that they do not stock those items. Unless I missed it, it should be CLEAR as to what is and is not availalble to U-Haul customers. I don't really blame them. It was just a tiny little phone store that was licensed to rent U-Haul. In their defense, I must say that the gentleman who handled the order when I arrived was very personable.

Gerard VGet that disrespectful young man you have at the front, put him in the back. I'm sure he has a mother but he doesn't act like or know that ONLY a woman could have given birth to him and his Black ass needs to at least respect every woman.
Pateience RThe location was fine, and the check-in was easy. The van that I picked up had graffiti on the driver's side and smelt of cigarettes. We found some garbage in the van, including a pack of cigarettes, which explained the smell. The smell was so powerful that I had to wear a mask for my entire journey and could smell it on my luggage after I unloaded the van. Other than the smell, the van drove well and was relatively clean.
Bryan MPassenger side mirror was broken, horn did not work and location did not have a dolly that I ordered yet I was not informed prior to picking it up that I would not be able to get a dolly. I subsequently had to go and get one elsewhere. In the future let me know so I can rent from a location that has what i need.

Nakiba BTruck smelled like someone had been smoking in it. The actual store also smells like someone has been smoking illegal substances in it. Will absolutely not be going there again. They also over charge people because they don't pay attention to tracking mileage.

jailton oVehicle was not ready when I arrived. I waited 45 Minutes for the vehicle to be ready. Engine light was on when I picked up and returned the vehicle. Asked for some type of compensation or discount for the vehicle being late, which I did not receive. Lost money and reported late to my appointment.

I was denied a new rental because they said that was all they had. The van broke down before I could return the van as it would not start and I had to call Roadside. Horrible experience!
Yanique TMy truck was not ready at the original location due it being closed. I was transferred to another location which over charged me and now I am disputing the charges. The worse service ever!

Preston KThey didn't have the truck I reserved so they gave me a bigger one. I drove a total or 8 miles but they charged me 300 miles. Felt scammed.

jeanette kwas not told on picking up vans on Sat 5/13 that the location would would be closed at 11:OO am SUNDAY 5/14. Given no guidance as to drop off protocol or where to leave trucks. Was not prepared or tech skilled to do it through the phone, After 45 minutes figured it out. A very unpleasant experience, which could have been alleviated by better communication from U Haul.

Fairleigh BIt was very easy. When I've rented UHauls before, I waited in line a long time, the process was slow. This was fast, and the guys were friendly and helpful.
Lindsay SLocation was easy to find but on a busy street. Truck was in unsafe driving condition. Steering was very stiff. Given with low fuel and had to wait for it for it to be cleaned and ready.

SHARIYKA MUhaul switched locations on us and didn't give ample notification. We went to the original site and no one was around to help or redirect us. The first customer rep hung up on us. The new pickup site was 20 minutes further away. I would not suggest using Uhaul unless your location has actual human beings on site. The mobile pickup is confusing and trying to get a representative on the phone is not easy. Not at all happy. These issues delayed our move and caused the Packers we gathered to sit idly waiting for a truck to load. Of all the Uhaul sites in Philadelphia, ultimately having to drive 40 minutes from our location to pickup a truck was ridiculously inconvenient.

Richard HPicked up the truck cab smelled like wet dog and back was filled with trash I had to clean before I loaded my boxes. Then uhaul try to charge me to clean after I returned it the same way I got it. The truck would not drive pad 60mph an 8 hour trip turned into a 12 then the brakes did not work well and car jerked when changing gears and the truck will pull the the left while driving
Juan RI still don't understand why I paid $134 for this rental. I've done longer trips and the usual 4 hours and the most Uhaul has ever charged me in total was $75.00. Why one was this so much more. I didn't get a receipt, showing my mileage start and finish. So I don't know what the actual report was.

Dave BThe truck we received from Activate Fix & Flip was a liability, to say the least. The tires had low pressure, the cab reeked of cigars and the trailer was filthy. Something was definitely wrong with the engine, so we returned the truck which resulted in a three hour delay on packing and moving. As a result we were unable to move into our apartment on our scheduled move day and had to get a hotel room for one night.
Michael PHorrible customer service, they refused to email my receipt. I was told one price and charged another and I was unable to see the break down of each charge. I would never use this location to rent a vehicle again.
angelica hThey closed early before I could return the vehicle and since they don't have a proper lot I had to park blocks away and return the key the next day. Now they are trying to find any reason to double charge me, first tutu tried to say I had it for 2 days, then a ticket, then they lie and say they're not going to charge me but then I see on the bill they tried to charge me $70 for gas and gas services even tho I replaced the gas. Been waiting for more than 3 days to talk to a manager or someone don't use them go to a real u-haul place these guys are scummy and scammy
Ivyn GI wasn't use to everything being on line but it was quick and easy. I rented the $19,95 van add $10 for coverage and the taxes, etc. It came to $30 and I put $9 in gas which took it slightly over the halfway mark. Quick and easy service. Merci.
Donna DUpon checking in, I was told that the rental equipment I had previously paid for was unavailable. I also had to wait ten minutes for the rental site to be opened after set scheduled time. Upon arrival I was told the equipment I paid for wasn't there but eventually items were found but I still paid fir more than I received & was told I would be compensated but bills do not show so. I am being charged for moving psds I was not provided with. Additionally my return was delayed by 20 min due to the affiliate site not being open and the app rejecting my odometer picture 10+ times. Very disappointed and dissatisfied
Erin EClosed earlier than we saw online no drop box or instruction of what to do with truck in an area we felt uncomfortable leaving truck. We left truck overnight once we found back of store but we didn't leave keys and had to come back in morning. The owner said trucks had been drop box stolen which was why what we figured . Just lost a lot of time trying to drop off and having to go back next day with key and fo the app drop off procedure all over again. Nice guys but a sign would have helped as to how to drop off if store closed. We called uhaul but told we would be on hold for 30 minutes
Brenda CI just didn't get a confirmation email about the truck i returned and had to make a few calls myself to get it straightened out.
