Nothing to improve quick friendly service
Samantha EThe uhaul servers were down, so I couldn't do my mobile check-in. Luckily, a dedicated employee was on site early and took care of me.

Mikel MThe dolly that we rented was very small. We could only move 3 boxes at a time with it. Years ago, the dollies used to be larger and sturdier, bring those back. Perhaps include L-carts as an option?

Scott GThe day before called Wayland they said they had three car haulers drive two and a half hours they had none. They sent me to the corporate store where they said that they had them drove another 30 minutes they had none had to drive another 40 minutes to get one that was covered in ice and snow Frozen to the ground where I had to remove the ice covered strapping and break it free from the ground. They charged me for 2 days when I specifically told them I only needed it for one. If I had a customer service number I would be calling them
GERALD LWhen returning after hours I didn't realize there wasn't a jack for the trailer. It was difficult to get the trailer off the hitch and if my husband hadn't been able to find a stray piece of steel in the parking area we would not have been able to complete the return outside of office hours. We returned the unit during a snowstorm so I did not have the strength to separate the trailer from the hitch. Not sure why UHaul does not have jack stands on the trailer tongue. Overall this location was great, but that issue could have created additional inconveniences.

danielle aJust a store and lock place. Just dropped in a yard. Not open. I had for a 1 day rental, picked up on Saturday morning, returned Saturday afternoon. Received a phone call Monday morning concerning my rental that wasn't returned. Maybe you should call the drop off location first to check with them

DEBRA BI recommend checking the dash for problems after starting the truck BEFORE you give it to the customer, I had to drive 6 hours with a "Check rear tire: air is low". But other than that, it was good.
