The app process takes a long time!
STEVEN WI reserved, and a U-Haul representative confirmed the day before my pickup that I was to have a utility dolly, but when I picked up the 10' truck, I was given an appliance dolly and told that was all they had. This negatively affected moving my son to New York, as we had to carry things that would have fit on a utility dolly. Not good business practice to expect me to settle for less than was reserved and previously confirmed.

Ashly DHave it where it lines up with prices you give online wound up paying one hundred sixty one twenty six for 6 and a half hours usage and put on under a hundred miles brought back clean free of any scratches or dents ,dings I wound up getting thirty one dollars and twenty five cents back Laurie Rundles
