Jeffrey GI picked up my truck and it had only 1/4 tank of gas, I took photos. When I returned my truck it had the same amount as when I picked it up, I also took photos. Yet I am being charged for gas to get it to a higher amount than what I picked it up at. I am not happy about this. I will not be using uhaul anymore as you charge to put gas in the truck beyond the amount it was picked up at! Poor customer service.

JOSHUA JThe location I was originally renting from called an hour before my pick up to tell me the truck had a flat tire and I would have to go to a new location further out. I understand finding a flat at the last minute is not the best and I was fine with going to a new location, but I still had to pay for the extra miles that I wasn't originally planning to drive even though it wasn't the location I selected. I feel those miles should have been waived. Also the dolly and bag of pads that were zip tied in the back of the truck that I didn't even pay to use constantly got in the way and prevented the loading of other larger items.

Sarah HMostly everything about my experience with this location was excellent. Tyler was awesome! The only problem I encountered was when filling the truck back up with gas, the gauge had some kind of issue. I only put 8 miles on the truck and the needle barely went down. However, when filling, the needle would not go any higher. I did not want to be accused of not putting gas back in the truck, so I put about 5 gallons, which even Tyler admitted was way more than it should have needed. However, the gauge never went up. At $5/gal, it sucks to overspend. I'm not claiming a conspiracy here with their equipment, but it does kind of make you not trust their trucks. Other than that, everything was great.
Jessie Byour delivery site for return was terrible. we have a site a quarter mile up the street. to use it your quote was $3000+. instead you told us Chelan 60 miles away. had to hire someone to follow & drive me back. home. i think a refund of the $300 is proper

Megan MAt the last minute, I received a call that I had to select another location since my requested truck was not available. At first, I was not happy with the inconvenience. However, I was extremely impressed with the gentleman that helped me out when I went in to pick up my rental at the new location. I was actually an hour early and arrived just as they opened. He said that it was no problem and began helping me before he even made himself a cup of coffee. He was extremely polite, pleasant, and patient with me. He made my whole experience worth recommending his location to friends and family. I will use him again even though there is a closer U-Haul location to my house. Excellent customer service!!! Mark

Amber PI can't think of 1 thing that would have improved the online website, which was very easy to use, with everything clearly laid out & explained. Additionally, being able to rent a truck at the storage facility was a HUGE plus, as I didn't need to run around to 2 different places & run up my mileage costs! When I arrived at the storage facility to pay for my storage unit & pick up my truck, the customer service representative, Tyler, was excellent! Got me set up with my truck & storage unit, emailed me documents & receipts for my digital records, as well as printed copies, & was very friendly & personable, while still being professional. Halfway thru my move, I realized I'd need a larger storage unit, so I called the facility, & Tyler explained the price changes, & then completely rearranged my reservation so I got the larger unit, which I really, really ended up needing! Just an excellent experience, all around! And, no, I'm not related to anyone at this facility! Honestly, they were just truly exceptional! :-D

Michael MI am not happy for two reasons. I have rented 5 U-Haul in the last month. All vehicles I have followed guidelines and filled the fuel to expectation. This last truck, would not show gas line when filling and I ended up paying for over 20 gallons instead of 5.6. I will post and share how inconsiderate and uncaring you are when you owe someone instead of being focused on someone owing you. Not happy. Also, where I purchased, I called and advised I was running 30 min late for pickup, she told me she was changing my pickup time. When I delivered, he said I was late! So not cool, because the girl did not do what she said, I could have been over charged. I signed, but I could t see! I trusted her. Not good!

Thoa LWorst experience I have ever had with U haul, or any rental location in my entire life. I booked a 10ft moving truck online, one way from Vancouver to Astoria, OR and was unable to confirm the rental so I called U hauls customer service hot line and spoke to a representative who confirmed my rental truck. She tolde it was at a specific location, confirmed the price would be $19,99 plus $1,08 permile. I asked her twice to confirm the total and the drop off location which she did. I went to pick up the truck and was told I would have to drive it back to Vancouver WA or it would be an additional charge. I then called U haul customer service again to state how disappointed I was and stressed that I needed a 10ft truck, one way to Astoria OR and was told I could go to 1100 ne Burton Rd, Vancouver WA to pick it up. She ended up giving me the wrong freaking address and I almost missed my cut off time of 5pm. When I arrived at the correct location, 11000 Burton Rd Vancouver WA, I was forced to pick up a truck at a ridiculous price of $268 because they didn't do one way trucks. So I had no choice but to take the rental. And to make matters worse, I called to Lodge a complaint which took over 35 minutes. After I explained my situation to two different people they couldn't even confirm that I was given a rental truck!!!! They had no idea I had already booked a rental and couldn't confirm that I paid. This is unacceptable and I am seeking reimbursement for what I was ORIGINALLY quoted by two different representatives. I will never rent from U haul again and I have been continuing to spread the word on Social Media and at work. This was the most dysfunctional experience I've ever had.
