My problem was with U-Haul, not with this facility. The reservation they pulled up was different from what I reserved. It had blankets that I hadn’t asked for, which they took off - as well as the insurance that I had declined. Do better, U-Haul!

Nobody was working when I arrived at 1:30PM on Saturday. The trailer did not have a jack on it. We had to lift the trailer by hand off of the hitch and place on the ground. This wasn't very easy to do as the trailer is heavy.
