Previous user did not return vehicle at scheduled time requiring me to make two trips for pick up. I was pressed for time since appointment in between scheduled pick up time and closing time.? I made it back to pick up location with 5 minutes to spare before closing.

The truck was not assigned to my rescheduled pickup. After driving an hour to pick it up, I had to call and wait for 20 minutes before someone answered to assign a truck to me. The truck had a used toothpick on the seat and Dunkin bag/trash in between the seats.

These trailers need a tongue jack. I could not lift the trailer to hitch to the truck. Or lift to unhitch from my truck for that matter. Required 2 people.

Great service but found the trailer I picked up to have lots of gravel inside. I didn't have a broom with me and by the time I got to my destination a lot of the gravel had blown/bounced out of the trailer but I had to borrow a broom from the motorcycle dealer that I was picking my bike up from so that I cold sweep the trailer clean as I did not want my brand new motorcycle to be all chipped up from flying gravel.
