Lynne OThe gentleman in the morning was fantastic, but UHaul really dropped the ball here. You force 24/7 service, but the store only opens at 9, so forcing 24/7 on stores when they don't operate on those hours is not professional by UHaul.
Robert EI've rented U-haul many times and I always have been happy with their services, but this time was above the expectations. Definitely this location was the best experience I've had with U-haul. Strongly recommend it!

Andrew BHad a hard time picking up van on mobile app. When I returned they charged me for 6 gallons of gas to drive 20 miles. Will never use this location again and I use UhAul whenever I need to move things

Scot WThe service at the location was great. The truck was great however I have not been refunded the difference from my deposit to the actual charge and it's been a couple days. My card was hit for $160 and the entire rental was about 85 so I'm owed quite a bit of money and I don't understand why I have not had a credit back to my account.

Clara DI put in 1 gallon of gas before I returned the truck and then was charged for 2 more gallons. I only took the truck for 18 miles and I doubt I used 3 gallons of gas. Besides for that everything else was good.

The code to get the key was not in the reservation when I used the app then when I called customer service to get the code the code for a box that either had the wrong keys or it was the wrong box because I got a truck that I did not order ! It was too small did not have the dolled I paid for nor did it have a ramp!
jesse poverall, very good experience just a very small cab for a six footer and the mirrors on the passenger side of the truck made it very difficult to really get good vision of traffic on that side
Oren BClear signage as to where the trucks are parked. And better lighting in the key pickup and drop off location as it is dark, hidden and for a young lady that can be dangerous.
Trekel FJust too confusing! I couldn't believe it was a UPS Postage drop off storefront. I needed to sweep out the gross whatever from who ever used it last. I was told to ignore the check engine light.

Phillip ROnly complaint I have, is I rented a dolly with the truck. But wasn't with truck when I picked it up. Only reason I gave 4 stars. It would've helped significantly with my move, if I had it. I'm hoping I get the money back for it.
TIFFANY GDrop off process was tedious, but understandable for the service you offer. Cant imagine how hard it must be for a 60 year old to have to turn on location services and allow camera access for their browser. But like I said for the service you provide the process is understandable. All in all no complaints.
