Guy was awesome helped me out big time of course uhaul messed up my reservation per usual. But this guy went out of his way to make sure I got the trailer I needed.

Elyxenia CThe online app was not friendly to use. It was after hours and had the owner not come By after hours to help me Out this rental would not have happened. The owner was great, warmed up the vehicle and made sure that the doors were not frozen shut.
Ian MI had a very good experience picking up trailer for rent. The hitch was inspected and the trailer hooked up for me. everything worked well and the drop off later in the day was easy,
Thomas RNobody was there when we tried to drop off. Apparently there are several businesses at this location, we received help from one of the other businesses, who told us to pull into the fenced area and drop off. We did on December 22. For some reason, this business owner has stated we didn't drop off until Christmas Eve, to which I have timestamped photos of the trailer dropped off within their fenced area showing the 22nd. If I do not receive my refund for the additional day, I will report it to my card as fraud.

Richard FWas disappointed to learn the U-haul location directly across the street from the storage place I use listed that they did not have a motorcycle trailer available. Had to make a reservation from a different location. I physically checked at the place across the street, and they had 3 sitting in their yard, the night before I needed one.

Ray MOnline check in process is frustrating slow and the location itself isn’t well kept and lacks any directions.
