A specific male employee was rude and disregarded the information from another employee that I had been waiting a long time to complete the contract. When he was confronted by his peer he tried to act as if he selected to help a non-black male customer instead of me because I step out because I was waiting still and went to make room for the dolly. I step in and out twice because of the long wait to be helped. Then, I was told by the manager he could not find my contract when the initial employee who helped me found it with no problem. He is the Hispanic gentleman who tried to tell his coworker that I had been waiting along time. THE RUDE EMPLOYEE RESPONDED WITH " SHE JUST CAME BACK IN BROTHER". So, I INFORMED THAT GENTLEMan that I stepped out twice because I was waiting so long. I had to wait a long times both times upon pick up and return. Initially I had into walk into the service work area for my black person to be acknowledged. Upon my return that same employee was helping an Asian customer following day. He left the counter upon my pulling up and I was help when another customer enter the store. First time ever receiving horrible service at Uhaul. I only came in for dolly and was disregarded by a races man of middle eastern decent. The manager tried to just act as if my treatment was something to overlook.Yoshika B.

Uhaul specifically laid out on their booking website that there was a guarantee about reserving the exact size truck I requested. Even though I reserved with plenty of time, when I arrived to pick up, the location did not have my size and had nothing else to offer me. Extremely frustrating - why make the guarantee in the first place when uhaul won't even follow through? Frustrated.Sydney K.

The van was full of cigarrette ashes on the seats. The back had dirt everywhere and an old dirty sock still in it. It was very evident the truck was not cleaned or prepared for my pick up. The outside was full of dirt, including the windshield. This is very concerning especially during this COVID-19 pandemic.Janet B.

1) No one checked lights, then hooked up the trailer and left. I had to wait until I could find someone to check to make sure the lights were working. 2) One of the two right side lights did not work 3) Lug bolts were clearly rusted solid onto the threads. If I had a flat tire on the road, I would have been SOL.FRANK B.

The truck that Advanced Goodyear rented me was filthy. The truck had dead flowers all over the outside of the vehicle. Inside the cabin, there were old food wrappers and the truck smelled terrible. Had what I needed to get done not have been that important, I would have walked away and gone to another location that takes better care of their equipment. The company I work for has sold LED lighting to U-Haul for a number of years and I know the quality that U-Haul show with their products. I really can't believe that U-Haul would let Advanced Goodyear be a dealer for them when they represent U-Haul so poorly. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN.Scott B.

The truck did what I needed it to do. (but) The truck wasn't cleaned at all. The inside riding area had dirt everywhere and sticky stuff all over the floor. Then when I opened the back there was literally 2 cigarette butts & ashes in on the floor of the uhaul. I did advise the rep once I returned the truck but there was no compensation or even an apology. With all the COVID-19 stuff going the truck should've been completely cleaned.KIMIKO G.

Make sure your payment system is working. The poor representative tried for 45 minutes to get the card run through only to have errors on the system saying it cannot process. He said it was not the card but the system's fault. And he should me the error message and was right.Michael S.
Trailer was suppose to be at another location closer to house. We were told to go to this location for a 10:30 am pickup. Trailer not available due to other party not returning on time. The wait for Uhaul to find a trailer was Almost 3 hours past time we were to meet Packers. But they did give us additional days at no charge.catheryn K.

When I was checking in the truck, after I had put 10,00 $ in, uhaul.com was going to charge me for Gas as well as everything else. That really should be fixed. Other than that the truck was the perfect size for the job I had and it was actually too big I filled it 1/2 of the way. Thank you for an easy rental.Chris W.

This non-Uhaul rental point (GoodYear Tire) was quick, sharp, and helpful. I found U Haul's corporate phone customer service agents to be unhelpful to dumb. I would use the GoodYear location again and again.verlin R.

I had reserved a 26' moving vehicle to be picked up at the Fairview and Garden Grove location. When I got there, I was told that they did not have it there and that I needed to go to the Goodyear location off of brookhurst in Anaheim. I saw another customer pull out of the Garden Grove/Fairview lot with a 26' vehicle that I think was reserved for me. This disrupted my schedule by about 1 hour! This also happened with my last uhaul rental at this location and had to pick up at Anaheim Blvd. If I have a reservation....Uhaul should honor that! I did not appreciate this happening the last 2 times! I will seriously consider using other means of transportation in the future!anthony R.
