The U-haul dolly we had scheduled to pick up was given to us with balding tires that needed to be changed. Luckily we noticed the tires and got sent to the McAdams location where the experience was much better and very helpful.Katie R.

Had a reservation for equipment, when arrived, said they just rented the last dolly to the customer before me. No apology and were so nonchalant, it seemed rude. Said another store had one to rent. I asked if they were sure and they said yes. Drive all the way there and they didnt have one. Truck was clean and good condition. Location convenient.Hadj Amar K.

There was a small sign in the window to advertise the UHaul site and there was one UHaul truck and a trailer outside in the parking lot so we weren't quite sure where to find the office at first. The personnel were very helpful and pleasant to deal with and the location was much more convenient for us than driving to another site in Wichita.Michael C.
Broken/missing light switch, battery died, told arrival in one hour for assistance was 90 minutes until they showed, loose battery cables, finally new batteryALFRED I.
I was stressed out because I never got a call or email with the code to open the key box, since I picked up the truck before the store opened. Would of been nice if someone would of explained I will get the code when arriving to pick up the truck.Randall S.

Not only was basically everybody rude when I dropped everything off and the back was clean but they still made me sleep out everything again but every time that I tried to send anyting online it didn't go through and I got charged even more honestly if I would think I would get any type of refund I would and I'd never come backAmanda R.
Scheduled pickup was at 8:00 AM but store doesn't open until 9:00. I had an email that said truck was waiting for me but in fact it had not been checked in until after I arrived. Back of truck was not swept out. They said truck was half full but needle was not touching half full mark. Was about 1/16" below half.LESLIE EUGENE S.

I washed truck before returning, best could get bugs away. That was Way it came to me, buggy otherwise clean interior and shell. Judy , PAul ,Anika all were very friendly, helpful . It wasn't explained the furniture pads were rentals. So I got billed for all of them as missing when I thought I purchased them. I set furniture pads down over the entire floor and got billed for the truck needing cleaning when the entire floor was covered so it returned in the same condition as it left.ALEJANDRO G.

The bed was dirty and got our stuff dirty ! The men we hired through them scratched our beautiful new bedroom set ! Poked a huge dent in our new fridge ! The one guy was descent but the other guy was high ! We work so hard to own nice furniture to be ruined by your movers and dirty truck !Leonel P.
They called first thing in the morning saying the location I ordered it from didn't have the truck I reserved. So they sent us to another location which didn't have the truck I reserved. They ended up giving us another person's reservation which put the other person in a bad spot. Such a mess and doubt I'll ever use uhaul again.Dawn O.

The check in process for bringing the truck back could be better. I had trouble with it not accepting pictures stating there was an issue with the website. Other than that it was a good experienceBrandi S.
I was charged 5 $for furniture blankets but did not receive them nor did I request them. Have asked for a refund twice and still have not received it.AARYN B.
I was charged extra and when I called they said they were going to refund the money. I got charge for the gas which was put wrong in the paper and I provided a pic before and after. I still get charged 6$ extra and I just used the truck for 3,1 mile, which is impossible to move the gas.HAMAD A.

- I had things on my reservation I never knew were there and did not know were added until after my reservation was complete. When I had upgraded to something I was never told about the price update, nor everything I was paying for when I did upgrade it. They only gave me partial explanation. When I called back to ask for help. I was told there was nothing I could do about anything. I would never go back or use this service again.JEANAYA B.

The mileage registered on my contract was not accurate. The odometer read 8/10ths of a mile more that what was stated on the contract. With this rental, there was no text message with a web link I could use to confirm the information on the contract. Please bring back this feature.MICHAEL L.

None of the equipment we had reserved along with the truck was there. Had to move without it and call customer service, be put on hold for 10 minutes in order to have it removed from my bill. I suggest more quality testing of orders.Mary W.
As a first time renter and uhauler I felt a bit overwhelmed with the information I was barraged with at the front desk. However when it came to the actual vehicle and auto transport itself, I was helped out by a kind gentlemen who instructed me on how to safely use the equipment. I however do not recommend putting your fingers against the ball latch to see if it's secured as he suggested as if the ball latch isn't secured and comes down on your finger while you are checking it, say goodbye to your fingertips. Thankfully this did not happen to me but it came close. As for the vehicle, Driving 2400 miles without cruise control is a bit annoying. It apparently cost the company less to buy trucks without and pass on the expenses of extra gas spent to you. The defrost did not work on the driver's side either which is straight up dangerous depending on the weather conditions. The wooden slats in the back are flimsy. I feel like I also barely made it to my location with one of their older models they gave me for a multiple day move. The gas mileage is awful but that can't be avoided. Honestly I don't know if there is a better company but my experience was stressful and I'll be trying any other company next time just to see if it is more tolerable.Sterling M.

I would say the truck was good for what we used it for. I was able to extend the reservation with no problem. The truck itself was not clean. Dirt in the back, hair from an animal all in the front, but it was a moving truck and got my things from A to B. The staff was nice and willing to help.Anthony H.
