Jerome MCheck in was not easy on app. Inside truck cab was dirty on pick up. Truck itself sounded like it might break down. Location reps were nice and friendly. Chat rep wasn't helpful. Phone rep was helpful.
Michael SPick up process is difficult and the customer service transfers the caller around for simple issues.
Andrew EHorrible customer service. Had a reservation booked for a 1 way, get a call 45 minutes before I'm scheduled to pick it up saying it can only be returned to the same location and that there were no other trucks available. So I had to pay for extra gas and mileage to amend my original contract of a one way. Would not recommend. Always some bull with this company.

Rudolfo GFirst location I went to didn't have my truck that I reserved there was one sitting out there they said it was broken down the man in the location was not even aware that it was meeting maintenance then they sent me to another location assured me that my truck would be ready when I got there when I got there she had a sign on her door she would be back at 12:35 p.m. I didn't return until 1:30 I had to go way out of my way to get this truck then I was told I would get a $50 refund off of my rental and I have yet to see that on my receipt.This is not the first time I have had issues with your company.

Michelle MMy only complaint was the inside was dirty with lots of gravel, rock, and dirt. The pull out was also covered in dirt and gravel had to sweep everything out before use. Other than that service was great and the lady who helped me was amazing.
Kody TInside and outside was filthy. Windshield so bad, couldn't see thru it. Right rear tire has a slow leak.worse location I ever did business with. Also I paid for a dozen furniture pads. Only six were placed in the van.
Leonard CTruck had a crack in the windshield, was so dirty you could barely see out the windshield, cargo area was not cleaned from previous user and there was trash in the cab. Other than that, it was all good.
Andre SShowed up to uhaul pick up a couple minutes early, sign on door had a return time for 15 minutes later. Waited 45-50 minutes and called multiple times before somebody sent employee to assist with 'mobile uhaul pick up' that was still behind locked gate with no entry. Rented a dolly, dolly was not included. Was told I would not be charged for dolly, was still charged. Return went fine.

Octavio MThe location office charged us an Xtra 30 dollars above what was set up in the original contract. No explanation provided. Fuel tank was filled beyond what was required. Only drove it 15 miles. No damage to the van from my end. It was swept out prior to returning.. I guess previous user didn't bother sweeping it out. The headlights need to be repositioned as driving at night, one was pointed at the ground and the other was pointed in the air. Could hardly see the road. The ignition switch was horrible. Had to adjust the key in and out to get it to work. Will not use them again.

James CI reserved a truck online for 4 hrs and selected the insurance option for a total of $34. When I picked it up I was told they'd charged my card a $70 deposit. I didn't question it. I returned the truck in less than 4hrs but was some how charged $80 and the reservation was changed to 8hrs without my knowledge or consent. I didn't realize it until I got home. My reservation was for a 4hr trip with a 1 pm pickup from a location that closed at 5pm. The truck was checked back in at 4:50pm the same day. How do I get refunded the money I was over-charged?
Dwaine MI did not know this was a U-Haul option, however the lady was very friendly and quick. This facility was well maintained and looked very clean. The only thing is, it looks hidden but definitely a better option than going to Citrus. Citrus is nice but very very busy.
Jesse Gi was charged for 2 utility dollies when i only rented 1 and i was charged for furniture pads that i did not receive.
Destini PUpon arriving to the rental facility, we were not greeted and we had to tell the 3 women working there we needed to pick up the truck. We were told the truck was dirty and due to that fact we'd receive a discount on the mileage ("I should be here when you return the truck and I'll take care of the miles"). Furthermore, instead of asking for my ID to verify my identity, the woman at the front counter assumed I was not Courtney and stated "we can move the reservation out of her name". I informed her I was Courtney and provided her with my identification. When we returned the truck (early) we were told we that everything was taken care of only to later receive the email receipt and be charged full price. I would like to have my mileage refunded as I was promised this would be taken care off.
