I would advise better parking identifiers, and maybe some reservable spaces for personal vehicles. The agent was very accommodating so no complaint there. I strongly believed customers would have a better overall experience .

IDARYON Bactually have some gas in the vehicle when picked up. and if low, would give directions to nearest gas station at the very least. have dolly's and other equipment available. NOT related to this particular site: I had reserved the truck over 1 month in advance, for a 48 hr period. U haul GAVE AWAY my truck within 15 min of my pick up time, no phone call or warning, no messages about a tight timeline for pick up. I tried to call earlier in the day 3 different times to let them know I would be there within the hour, and NO ONE ANSWERED and the voicemail was not in english and said nothing about u haul. I was on my way for pickup about 90 min past the pick up time, which should be no big deal since I had paid for the truck for 48 hrs. so- reservation basically meant nothing. As Seinfeld once said- "you are great at MAKING reservations but not so much at KEEPING reservations." this is just a terrible business practice and really added a lot of stress to our day. I won't use U haul again.

Comfort MLeft front tie down rachet was seized. I had to oil it and break it free for it to be usable. Wiring to the lights was damaged and eventually stopped working on the road. No left turn signal or brake light. I did a roadside repair.

John BIt is important to note that when renting a trailer, you must have your own electrical converter plug if required since the U-Haul agent does not have them in stock. Fortunately I had purchased one prior to pick- up.
