I see nothing that needed improvement. The rep who was present had me in the truck within 10 minutes. Truck was well maintained and readily available when I needed it.

EUGENE SEquipment was clean and in great shape. I would have wanted a broader selection to choose from, Maybe a pick-up truck instead of a box van for a local haul. But the closes places for pick-up rental was Albany GA. or Enterprise Al. & the Box Van did the job. But great customer service, very friendly staff.

Jill BLower the price. U-Haul has a racket going by doubling the price to leave California. Truck n trailer rental was going to about $5000. U-Haul is totally insane. No one cared the price was high. They just laughed and said if you want to move you have to pay the price. They were the cheapest between all the self moving company's

Richard TClean the Uhaul. It was disgusting. Also we requested a bunch of items like straps and blankets. When I showed up then had nothing and no one reached out to let me know they weren't available. I also was not able to get the size truck I reserved.
Abbey SI was charged for extra fuel because the previous customer marked the gauge wrong upon return. I am demanding my money back.
Vincent SWebsite was not working properly. Could not check in online to pick truck up had to call 800 number for help.
Bonnie MSmaller town location, and I was quite happy with the help we received. Process was fairly quick, and support and assistance to load our car was very good.

Robert KOnce picked up tried calling back several times n all I could get was a recording not answer calls at this time drove back up there n the sign said open n the door was locked. I waited 30 mins then just left.

TEQUELA HThe mobile truck return was easy to use. We were originally given a return location that would of put us over the allotted mileage and the 1-800 number was very helpful in getting this fixed to be a closer location.
Sarah RAs a company you need to REMEMBER there is a generation of us remaining that are not smart phone savvy. I was able to make it through the process but was very uncomfortable with a process that I do not understand. Do you have any idea what it is like to be in the generation that is slowly being ignored with this fancy technology of today. We do need the services that you offer but it seems you are trying to show my generation you do not need our business. Thanks, B D 2/27/20

Erica ATruck wasn't on half a tank so I returned it where the hand was filled and they stilled charged me $15 for gas. A ribbon was left in the back and they said it wasn't clean. The receipt clearly says I have 7 days to pay them they told me I had I have 3. Will never use them AGAIN.
Terrance BNo mention of insurance being AUTOMATICALLY charged. That option HIDDEN within an email sent that concerns photographing any preexisting damage. No way to know important to look for that. Sneaky and underhanded.
ann cPlace was closed when I arrived. Owner pulls up and does no paperwork at all. I told him I had checked in online and paid and he says ok pull up over at the trailer and you are good. I had to hook up the trailer myself as he left to go do a storage shed quote.

Temeka HMake sure it has fuel instead of 1/8of a tank which is less than a 4 of a tank. Had to put 99 dollars in the truck and return truck with over 3/4 tank of fuel then only was reimbursed 22dollars back is a RIP off considering the truck was on empty once making it to the gas station. OFFICE PERSONNEL WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL

Bryan SI rented the truck to that my things to another state but couldn't had to take it right back do to my son got hospitalized and was unable o help me move my card was still charge for $ 123. For in town fees I was disappointed about that cause I never got to move

Ashley MGeorge at this location was very helpful and went out of his way to help us locate a hearing aid that was left in the truck. He would not accept a reward for finding this for us. I would highly recommend dropping off or picking up your UHAUL at AFFORDABLE PORTABLE BUILDINGS in Bainbridge, GA.
Shelia AI was extremely grateful for the assistance I received. I arrived before hours; the shop had taken damage from Hurricane Michael yet they did everything possible to help me rent a cargo trailer and get back on the road.
Kim Bwas charged extra 11,52 the next day got the truck only had 1/4 tank gas in it and returned it with half tank but was not reminbursed. i wont rent from this person again in bainbridge georgia..
Clifford MMake sure that people aren't inconvenienced when they make a reservation at a specific location. Moving is already a huge undertaking, don't make it worse by forcing customers to go out of their way to pick up equipment.
keiaondra sMake sure wipers have good blades. Was talked into insurance I did not need.
