I found this location and uhaul representatives professional and courteous. I had called the U Haul location on Denmark Street in Houston Texas and was told that there was no U Haul representative to accept the trailer. Your website shows this location open until 11PM. I feel that your website misrepresents this location and makes U Haul look as if U Haul upper management does not monitor U Haul dealerships.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The business location and type are very eclectic, but they had the newest rental software up and running. I would rent from them again. I particularly liked the availability being until 9:30 PM.

Door was locked, store was a disaster. Location didn't have the moving equipment I requested. I asked for 12 blankets, 2 furniture dollys and 1 box dolly They messed up my entire order. 48 furniture pads, doll box dollys no furniture dolly. Asked to split payment on 2 cards, 1/2 on my work card And 1/2 in my personal card and he charged everything on my work Amex. Bass service bad experience all around

I was moving to Alaska, so I wanted to purchase extra days on my trailer reservation. He tried to charge me $30 a day for the trailer instead of $20. I showed him on the website where it said it was $20 a day and he charged me for that. He had to start the whole reservation over. I felt pretty good about the location before that happened. Unfortunately, that’s about average for Uhaul dealers, in my experience.

This was a store-front location, and very different from a full-scale uHaul location. The staff here were very helpful and friendly and this location is VERY convenient to The University of Houston where I was dropping off.

Suggest that you save yourself a few minutes by uploading both sides of your Drivers License during your reservation, as it will be needed when picking up, even though it says it is “optional” when you are going through the online reservation.

When we rented the trailer we were told it could be returned at any location. When we tried to return it, we were told we either had to go back to the original location it was rented or we would be charged $213 extra. After driving over an hour to return it to the original location the sales associate was rude and annoyed and said that they did not have room for the trailer and should have brought it somewhere else. I will never use this locate again, nor will I ever recommend it. Very poor customer service.
