It was dirty and the staff was almost rude. Took for ever to check our and the worker never spoke to me other than to ask for phone numbers and then to tell me where the cart was.

Place is so gross. Chickens turkeys and animals roaming everywhere. No one helped us at all. Location wasn't close to where I requested the drop off location to be. Overall awful!

The process took one hour to get the vehicle due to computer problems. Other than that, they were very friendly.

The only Issue I had was the left tail lamp (car dolly), it was not securely mounted and fell out while in transit. took some duct tape and was able to proceed with trip.

The customer service was extremely horrible to the lowest degree. Let me on hold for several minutes to check on a trailer they could clearly see just by looking out the window! The check out counter was cluttered with food wrappers and drinks and the clerk had the nerve to ask me was it mines when I personally observed him eating when I walked through the door. I will NEVER do business there again. Period

The location is actually a feed store, lots of birds walking the grounds, baby chicks on site, caged birds. Interesting for a uhaul location I must say.

NOT SURE WHY I WAS CHARGED 8,5 FOR GAS WHEN I HAD PUT 14 BUCKS IN I TOLD THE LADY WHEN I PICKED IT UP THAT THE GAS WAS NOT WHAT WAS IT READ AND I WROTE WHAT IT WAS A FILLED IT UP A LITTLE HIGHER THAN 1/4 AND I STILL GOT CHARGED I THINK ITS A RIP OFF

First I called metro on simmons rd for 14ft to pull with my truck I got a quote 29,95 she couldn't calculate one way mileage at this time almost closing called early Saturday morn a man answered couldn't help me until the lady was not busy by that time it was to late another reservation had it step 2 computer was down at aggie ended up with wrong size and a drivable truck please call me or text me your offer is 50 to me for the hassle is not sufficient for this

No personal to confrim reservation, truck was given away 2 hrs. before we were scheduled to pick up. There were ashes in the brake well, and old dried food behind the seats. Trash in the box as well. We feel that U-Haul is better at what they do than this expierence.

They need a computer that works... It was so slow i had to leave and get my receipt email to me.... It took almost and hour just to pull up... But their customer service is great and they are very friendly at Aggie...

The odometer did not work, the mirrors were out of adjustment, the cab was littered with empty cans and trash, and the packaging blankets provided were soiled with chicken excrement and dried on patches of cardboard.

Very easy to work with. The clerk was friendly and helpful. It is also a feed store, so not to expect a pristine environment.

The location was easy to find. It was a little dirty cause they had chickens, ducks, rabbits and mice for sale, but that's alright. The personnel were helpful but a little slow. They were having computer problems. Overall it was a good experience. We even came back to buy some chickens.

The place was understaffed and the people were not well trained. It took over an hour to get the vehicle and when I did get it, it had cigar ashes all over the floor and the back was covered with dirt. They also did not put the furniture pads that I paid for in the vehicle.

When I called the store before picking up my rental the person answering the phone was not helpful at all. They seemed to be very confused and couldn't answer my questions. They gave the phone over to someone else who was able to help me. Before I called I was given and 800 number to call about my reservation and no one ever answered that call. No voicemail, no numerical options, nothing. It was a very frustrating experience to say the least.
