We had no interaction with personnel since it was after hours (about 6:39-7:00) but place was very dark with no lighting in a not so great area. If my son hadn’t been with me I would have felt very unsafe. Some light would have changed everything.

The truck was dirty I’ve rented trucks a lot of times never like this. Then it didn’t let me do my check in pictures or my check out pictures. I couldn’t speak to anybody ! How I’m I going to feel protected when I didn’t let me take pictures ? I had to take them with my phone to feel safe. This is unacceptable and at the beginning of my check in to get the truck the additional driver couldn’t get his license in the link it was just glitching. It was just a stressful situation. Very bad experience. U-Haul was my go to never had a problem now I’m going to be afraid of this.

JESUS NWas transferred to this location. We never informed that the truck didn’t have a ramp. The staff was nice. But to have a disabled person using one of your trucks without a ramp is completely unacceptable. But only solution was to send me somewhere else completely inconvenience to me. Where are the original reservation with completely? Unacceptable I would never use their service again.
