alton spragginsThe location doesn't appear on Apple Maps. I went to two other locations showing on Maps first only to find no UHaul signs or equipment at either of them. I found this one only by someone in the town telling me about it and providing directions.

brenda swannerWhen my husband picked it the truck he did NOT receive a receipt i.e. just the keys to the truck. The charges were to be added to the my card on file. Husband pick up the truck with less than a 1/4 tank he received 1/16th of gas. The rep said just drop it off with the same amount of gas and you should be ok and he gave a 32 dollar gas credit which was then rescinded after my husband drop off the truck at the new location with a gas of 1/8 why by the way is MORE that what he received and my card was charge an additional 32 dollars because the new location said you were suppose to bring it back with 1/4 a tank of gas and those instructions were listed on the receipt which we did not get until the next day and me call the 800 number asking for a receipt.

Kimberly ColeReception was not good when doing the return after hours. I had to drive down the road a bit in order to get reception on our (3 people) phones (all different Networks) in order to do checkout process & then drive back to drop the key in. It is a location that brother uses, so I believe it's pretty good or he wouldn't use it.

Paul DragichGPS takes you round about Should use Walmart as a waypoint unless someone goes out and fixes it Also tire service light kept coming on and had to stop multiple times to inflate tires. Made for stressful drive.

Brandon ZochMy reservation was for 24/7 share and they didn't setup the truck I had to wait til they opened and it pushed back all my plans. The truck made a horrible winding noise when you accelerated also and was dented and scratched up.

BIANCAGRATIELA DESILETSThe location was wonderful, however when we showed up at the Holland location where we originally ordered a week in advance, and had a call on Friday morning with the employee confirming. We showed up only to be told our U-Haul had been cancelled and no one knew why. There was also no responsibility taken or flexibility given when U-Haul messed up. No discount nothing. I had to travel all the way to another state to pick one up as the employee said there was nothing she could do about the mishap and she couldn't fix it. It was ridiculous I got confirmation then to show up and deal with this and then no discount given for my inconvenience. Extremely dissapointed in-service provided by a company I frequently use.

JIMMY WILLIAMSPick up and drop of was great but I was promised price of about $400 but was charged $700+ . I have tried to call the uhaul number and stayed on line with them for about a hole hour but I get the run around. So I might not come back to I uHaul for my next move.

MICHAEL DOUGHTIEI was scheduled to pick up a transport trailer for a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado. I was given the wrong trailer and could not transport the vehicle to South Carolina as I had planned. By the time I noticed that I couldn't take the vehicle, the location was closed. Uhaul took my hard earned money for service I did not get. Would not recommend. I will not rent again.

Arthur VinesThe inside of the truck was dirty and could tell it had not been cleaned out prior to usage. In light of COVID and just germs in general that should have been done prior to picking up the truck. Besides the cleanliness of the truck everything else was fine.
