Jorge MTruck was in good condition, ran good, the pick up location changed but was easy to find. Customer service was excellent, and a newer truck was provided to me with only a few minutes extra wait time. Overall, very good experience. The only thing I had a problem with was that I could not figure out the head light switch. None of the tiny markings made any sense to me, and I ended up driving with headlights off when I'd prefer they were on. Instrument lights were no help in determining if headlight were on, with the exception that an obscure panel light indicated only side lights were on. No fault of U haul if Ford was the builder of the cab. I'd prefer clearly worded controls, instead of obscure hieroglyphics, again no fault of U Haul rental agents.

Kayla SI am a small business owner that uses Uhaul to transport my equipment to different locations. I pay large amounts with no complaints every time I rent a van or truck. It would be nice if this company wouldn't accuse me of driving further than I did AND accuse me of not filling up the gas tank before returning. I even have the receipt to prove it. I was told that there was a mistake and I would receive a refund for the gas charges , but I haven't seen it YET. I don't usually work with this location, so I hope this isn't a frequent occurrence. I'm super disappointed in this location and probably won't continue doing business with uhaul again.

Richard KSpace for parking the 12" trailer with a full size truck was very small and hard to back the trailer into. Took me several times of backing and forth movements to get the trailer into the slot and had to have someone else to watch in order to avoid damaging my trailer and adjacent trailers. I personally would never return another one there, so I cannot recommend to others.
Dwight LMake sure the drop off is done through compatible technology or device if being dropped off after hours because I was kicked out of the system over and over. I had to use another device and almost missed drop off time.

BETTY GWhile this location was amazing. My initial rental was not. The equipment was not returned in time and I was not contacted beforehand. I was on a time crunch and without even them calling the customer to see where they are with their return, he simply said sorry man, call 1-800 GoUHaul. UHaul over the phone helped and booked another vehicle transport at a location down the road. We drive right over and once inside, they tell me it somehow was double booked!!! So they looked and found another rental further down the road. Third time was a charm. They had the equipment and got me on my way. It normally does not take this much running around, calling, begging and pleading to get equipment.
Chad COut of my entire journey of purchasing a house from start to finish, including finding a realtor, making offers, applying for a mortgage, buying insurance, etc, renting a Uhaul was by far the absolute worst part of my experience.
