I had experienced a dangerous situation involving my car on the freeway on Sunday and had to make arrangements Monday to retrieve my car in Vancouver on Monday. He was so patient and kind to walk me thru our options and make suggestions that kept my car from being damaged. His associates even called to check that everything was OK and if we wanted to drop the car trailer off that evening, they would make arrangements to receive it. Yolani CThe staff was friendly and professional and told her about issues found related to the hydraulic braking system during transport. I also advised staff of the damaged right rear trailer tire upon pick up and she said it should have been replaced prior to being placed in service. In addition, I believe there is an electrical issue with the trailer wiring as it caused my left headlight to blow and transmission issues while towing. Once disconnected from my vehicle, there were no issues with electrical, transmission or braking!
Kevin CTara and Emily went above and beyond and really connected with me on a human level. They let me know that I was misinformed at the pick up location with cause huge banking issues. They called a manager, Jerry I believe, who fixed everything right up. I can not thank this team enough!

I would definitely not recommend this storage facility to anyone, in fact I would tell them to go anywhere else. Steve the new office guy was really nice and apologetic after my interaction with the owner. Heather was fantastic and she was the reason I used the facility even though it was not convenient for me. I don't know why she is no longer there but if people have to deal with the owner they're not going to stay long.
