ERIC LThe owner Reda was very rude when I had questions about the final bill once I returned the truck. He refused to explain any questions I had & demanded that I leave the premises or he would call the police! He said I should go waste someone else's time he did not have time for me! He could have taken the time to explain very RUDE and unprofessional!!!!
Bessie HDid not count the furniture pads before I left from picking up the U-Haul and 1 was missing so I got charged a $6 fee when returning. Everything else was great.

Carlos VI didn't like my experience, the truck is very old and bad
Ismail AI got charged for using 80mi @ 0,89 and I wassuppose to have 50 free miles. Instead they charged me for the whole 80 and not the difference between 80 and 50. I was only suppose to be charged for 30 since 50 we free. Odo was at 121767 when we got it and 121847 when we returned it. We were a lil bit off the line from half a tank and he charged us like if we brought it back a lil over a 1/4 tank and got charged $24.

Morgan WI put yes because they deserve good reviews, but I really won't because I wanna keep all the reservations for myself! I really enjoyed Reza's service. Their prices were great, and he even offered to stay up to 20 minutes if need be. He didn't even accept the tip I wanted to give because he didn't have to make that offer at all. What a great guy. I look forward to using this location in the future!

April MThe man at the counter at the Culebra/Grissom location was rude and sarcastic. Luckily, he didn't have what we needed and we had to go to Alamo Auto. That man was friendly and very helpful. I will use his store in the future.
Maria BOne head light was out. And yet u charged me for missing the cleaning in the back of truck. Like of it really cost u 25 to clean. And owner is rude as hell. Came to hand me an empty water bottle having a trash can near by.

david vRep. tried to add ins without even asking. I had to tell him to remove it & he got upset. Rep did not do a walk thru when I got the truck as he was busy on his cell phone on personal call & the truck was dirty,& not full with gas. Location was supposed to be open till 7pm but when I returned the truck around 5pm no one was there. I only used the truck less than 5hrs & drove 29 miles I dropped the truck without a final walk thru as no uhaul rep was present so left the key in drop box. When I received the bill I noticed I was charged $103 for a dent on the front bumper which I didn't cause & $25 for a cleaning fee As I noted the truck was already dirty when I picked it up & it was raining the entire day There is no proof I damaged the truck as there are no pictures before or after I rented the truck. It was apparent the clerk was upset when I declined the insurance
