Assure computer system works at least during business hours. Maybe have fewer more functional neighborhood sites for pick up & drop off.

The person checking me in was lovely, but the UHaul Website was consistently crashing. It took 60 minutes to get me checked into the system! The truck had just been turned in, and could definitely have used a quick clean.

The gas had been stolen out of the truck. Location put it a report

This location had posted hours that we're not honored. I had to phone again only to be told that they cannot check in my vehicle, I had to do this online where I could not access my online account. The most frustrating rental experience in my 65 years.

I picked my truck up on a Sunday and was having issues with the 'online check-in'. There was no available support (after hours number to call, etc) and after almost bailing on my reservation, Blum husband was able to get the truck checked out using his phone. Super frustrating and definitely not the way to start a moving project.

The driver's window handle came off at first use, the box was dusty w/spiders and a lights button on the dash fell into the panel when I tried to set the headlights off/on. I got a "rough" version of what a Uhaul "used to be" in my opinion. It was the last available but that does not mean it should be subpar.

I think you dont need anything else exelente costumer service!

Good alternative to the close-in-town locations around Burlington or Anacortes. Van was clean enough, the only complaint was Dodge Ram van kept turning the radio back on every time we started up.

Needs sighage hard too find place

Computer check in check out is TERRIBKY SLOW. Also was charged for fuel when I returned van with the same fuel level. Would like it credited.
