You took extra money from me. I left gasoline in the car and left more, I have photographic records. But I was still charged for gas. This is not fair. and customer service is very bad. I cannot reach anyone by phone. I talked to a lady and she was interested in other things and didn't care about me.

JERRY tThis location has served me well in the past, however this last experience was very poor! The equipment was not ready for pick up as promised and as set forth in my rental agreement. This was extremely disappointing particularly given I received an email from U Haul approximately 24 hours prior to the expected pick up time indicating the equipment was available and guaranteed for delivery at 10:00am. The equipment was not ready at this location at 10:00am. It arrived at 11:15am and by the time it was entered back into inventory and available for rent, it was 12:00pm. This resulted in 2 hours of lost time and when considering the rental was for a pick up at one location and drop at another location 1600 miles away, this delay completely disrupted a planned cross country drive resulting in traffic delays due to rush hours through city areas and changes to my lodging. The explanation from your call center and from the dealership that "we're trying our best and apologize", comes up short. A company in the business of Moving, should understand the importance of scheduling!

Stephane CWe had a hard time getting the truck because the app kept saying that the place that Was assigned for me to pick up the truck kept telling me that there was no 10 foot truck scalable, after we had already reserved the truck. Thankfully the man from the shop showed up and helped me get the truck, but I was charged in advance for insurance and mileage, but was not quoted the $15 for insurance that he charged me. So I payed $55. And some change from him. Would like to know if this was accurate. Because the only price that I was given when I reserved the truck was $20.00. 19 and some change. Plus I was to replace what gas I used back into the truck, when I was done. But He said that he prorated the milage, and charged me in advance for milage. Sounds like a mix up.

DAVID WRental transaction was done well. We were able to pick up trailer earlier than planned and received assistance in hooking up the trailer. If necessary will rent from this location again as we were treated as if we were family.

CLAIRE FFollow through with promises like reserving boxes and supplying rods for wardrobe boxes. Make sure truck is in good order. Example given windshield wiper was unsafe. I was in a very dangerous situation driving in the rain with obliterated vision.

GEORGE VAllen's diesel service did A most professional job i'll providing me a trailer. I was sent there after no one showed up at Nitro rentals where my original reservation was made. I do not recommend nitro for any type of rental. Allen's was definitely five stars.

HAROLD HHad some issues with the mobile rental. The site messed up and wouldn't let me continue when I was on the fuel/mileage step. The actual mileage was more than listed online, but I was unable to get the site to work again, or verify the data I entered saved. I needed a quick rental to move a few things and it did its job.
