The manager has no customers service skills, Alex Thomas falsely documented when I returned the truck back to charger be extra money. No one was at the facility when I drop it off at 2:45pm I called and left a voice mail which was never heard or listen too. He charged me for sweeping out dust and falsely documented the gas meter was lower then where it was actually at. Worst experience ever! I has to drive to the facility while on hold for corporate customer service( rep Ashley) ask me to settle the issue at the store and just hung up. I called twice while at the location spoke with customer service rep Emeril.. While speaking with Emeril I magically received a refund from the regional manager that I had not spoke with or seen. So basically they run a lot of games to charge me 120+ extra dollars and made me prove that it was not legit charges. I will say Emeril did her best to help the situation but as far as everyone else there needs to be some consequences for there negligence actions. I would love for someone to reach out to me on behalf of the horrible serviceCarlus C.

The U-Haul truck was blocked in and parked between two other trucksRAVEN S.
Truck displayed a warning light of low air in left rear tire. So, I spent money to add air. When I returned the truck, I was informed that the tire sensor didn't work. That is something that should have been told to me or the truck taken out of service until repaired.Samantha S.
Online system is not reliable. First location I chose for pickup didn't have equipment. Second location that I was referred to showed equipment was there, however again, when I arrived it was not on their lot. no equipment. Very frustrating when you are being sent to all parts of town to find the equipment that had been ordered several days in advance.JOSE B.

Was never contacted with the link to pick up key as promised on Friday when I spoke with the representative. Was then over charged for gas that I had replaced in the vehicle. Great experience with the trailer I rented. Owner of the location was great too. Only comment would be that the entrance to the "yard" needs to be widened and maintained. There is an exposed curb on on side of the very narrow entrance that I ran my truck into. Equipment as large as UHAUL needs more space to enter/exit. Otherwise, great exprience.CARLOS D.

Location was just average. When I called the gentleman didn't identify himself. Trailer supplied was beat up and actually leaked on our move in rain conditions.ROBERT S V.
1) They didn't fixed car in tow dolly and when I stop in gas station after almost 12 minutes drive( from location to S. Gessner Rd. In Houston) the car run away from tow dolly !!! Super dangerous situation. Because he has not used the chains to fixing car 2) He told me that I have to placed the car in Neutral position after loading and using tow dolly !!!! But while I asked several times about it and asking that he sure which it should be in Neutral and he said: yes Now, when I arrived to Dallas, my car it doesn't run!! The engine is turning on and when we place the car in D or R it doesn't run no way!!ðŸ˜"ðŸ˜¤ I bring mechanic and they said the car's transmission is damaged due to towed in Neutral position!! So now I have to claim a fileASEF A.

Poor service, the rep must think that you have to adjust your schedule to fit his needs for you to retrieve the rental - AFTER you have a confirmed scheduled reservation, w/ cc payment info submitted online and check-in in complete online. He almost cancelled my reservation when he closed the office over an hourly early; I had to ASK him to come back and complete the check out! More details: I had a confirmed reservation online, w/ cc payment info, and online check-in complete. I show up at the office at the reservation start time (11am); they had issues with their internet/system. The rep suggests that he write down my cc info so that he can input it into the system later â€" no way, I already sent through the internet copies of the front and back of my DL and CC payment. I offered to pay cash (denied). I tell him I can come back later when it is up and running, for him to call me to alert me, and that I could not go past 3 pm (I could, but I have to set a deadline to ensure I pick up the rental the same day, office closes at 5pm). He calls me at noon, w/ the tone as if I had to drop what I was doing and return right then and there, I tell him I will show up around 1pm. I get caught up with other errands and call back 15 mins till 4pm, to recheck on their system status, and notify him that I am coming by 4pm â€" mind you my rental period started at 11 am (for 3 days), so as far as I am concerned I can pick it up any time after on that day. His answer over the phone is that I had cancelled because I did not show up before 3pm, and he had already closed the office â€" over an hour early from posted time of 5pm, and I never verbally or online cancelled the reservation! I had to be affirmative and basically tell him that I would meet him half hour later to give him time to reopen. He agrees to it and I do get the rental. What a hassle! I have to plead with this rep to have my reservation honored, on top of making an extra trip, and submitting all kinds of personal information online!Andre G.

The app and mobile process does not work. When checking in, I received a text message directing me to a website to take a picture of my driver's license. The mobile webpage did not load or did not send the picture - the uhaul rep had to take a picture on his phone (not ideal, i don't know if it is his personal phone that is storing my ID). When returning, the mobile webpage would not upload pictures of the trailer showing the condition of return, and could not complete the process.Andre G.

Not anything with the locations. Just wish I didnt have to pay full price when I didnt use the equipment for a full 24 hours. 50 $for a 4x8 trailer for use for a couple of hours is kinda crazy.Stacy F.
