ERASMO OThe place was supposed to open at 9am but she didn't get there until 9:30. I had to wait u til she got there. Then when I mentioned her giving me a discount because I had to wait on her, she never acknowledged anything. Poor customer service. I asked her to leave the location open for drop off and that wasn't done.

GARY AThe whole experience was efficient and excellent. The only drawback is the lighting condition of the Lot at night. when I dropped the truck back at 8 pm. the parking lot was so dark I couldn't take good pictures of the truck as required by the check-in/return process online. the office itself had plenty of light, but the truck parking area was so dark that it caused risk and hazard.
Raouf NThis was the worst location I had ever visited . Very dark at night . Very bad . I will not recommend anyone going there to get the rental . Old vans with 150k miles , bad parking lot . It is the worst experience ever

KEVIN ARemind renters to contact their toll road authority to register a temporary trailer. I forgot to in normal their working hours and couldn't log into my account so I had to avoid all the toll roads.

Graham RI returned a 10 footer truck on yesterday and the young lady that helped me was very helpful due to the fact that the last guy where I picked it up from put the wrong information in and was trying to get me to pay extra $33 because I went over the miles when it was supposed to be 62 miles, yes she was very helpful. I do recommend anyone to go. Go to that location and pick up a truck or drop off a truck I would give her a 10 star rating.

Jeffrey PRate discrepancy with what I was told by the phone agent that helped with my reservation vs what was on the reservation when I arrived. 20ft truck a/c didn't work, was given smaller truck that created more trips+more miles+more gas used. Had to bring it back to the office bc the gas cap was broken off. Back of the truck was dirty with debris, dirt, and trash. I do want to mention the agent in the office was quick to resolve my issues to the best of her ability.

Erasmo OEngine light was on for most of trip however, the female representative at the location, provided excellent "customer service. If they get their fleet of trucks up to standard; this will become the "go to" location in the Rosharon/ Missouri City, Texas area. Being a new establishment in that area; I wish them much success!

Fabio SThe representative on the phone made it seem like I could pick up the truck earlier than scheduled time for convenience at the same price. Originally I needed the vehicle for 24 hours starting at 6PM. I went at 1PM so I could get started and that's when I found out that I would be charged for two days.
Kevin MThe location is kinda hidden in a empty lot in residential neighborhood. The office is in a trailer-like house. However, the front desk lady was very nice and helpful. The only thing that did not go well with my reservation was the availability of the appliance dolly. I reserved it online and it's not available at that site. Not sure if all were rented out or not available at all. I wish the website would clearly inform me upfront. I ended up buying a new dolly just to move my appliances instead of going to another U-haul. It could have been cheaper to rent it instead of buying it. So take off 1 star. But I like the provided service at this location. No waiting. Truck was clean & well maintained.
