Everything went very smooth I received excellent customer service
TIMOTHY HWhile customer service was good, when there was an issue with my reservation no effort was made to help figure out the real issue. I had to call Uhaul directly myself to fix the issue and the gal that assisted me from Uhaul was AWESOME!

MARIA GThe gas hand was at 1/8th when they gave me the keys. I returned it exactly where they gave me (gas) and was charged $60 for fuel. There's no way I drive 10 miles and the gas hand suddenly goes to E. Absolutely TERRIBLE experience.

MYRA BThe service rep was kind and friendly and answered all my questions but there were two issues that I asked about at time of rental that were not fulfilled when I returned the truck. The gas was below the half way mark and she said it would be corrected in the system but at drop off I was charged for 2 extra gallons even though I returned it with the same amount of gas. I was also told at pickup that I could use a different bank card at drop off to pay for the rental but at drop off I was told it had already been processed and that I couldn't change the card.

ANDREW TMake sure the moving equipment is available as ordered. I ordered a dolly, 12 moving pads and 3 furniture moving dollies and when we arrived, there was no dolly, only 5 moving pads and no furniture dollies on 4 wheels. It was obvious Uhaul business is not their primary business as they were not knowledgeable or organized about Uhaul.
