CHARLES HWhen I got to the place where the drop off there was nobody there we got there before closing time was had to call the customer service number to find out what to do there very irresponsible. Who knows how long they were gone because we got there before closing time so they're closing the office before, the time they are supposed to be closing it I did before it to customer service because they were going to make a note and then I honestly think there's somebody to go out there and he was going on because it did not look like anybody was there at all it was just abandoned
guadalupe rI did not check the tires at the store but did when I got home and there was a nail in the left rear tire. Luckly I was not leaving till the next day and went and had it repaired close to me. It happens. When I returned the trailer, the gentleman reduced the price by one day, that was very fair. Always use U Haul when I need a trailer, I guess I know why! Thanks for the great service. Mike
Michael GThe staff was timely. The trailer was unhitched quickly and the representative even offered to remove the ball hitch so it wouldn't get stolen.

Jasmin BEnsure all equipment reserved is available. I had to make a run to another location to get a furniture dolly, on the day I was moving. Would have preferred to not spend that time running across town for a dolly when I had my entire crew waiting for me.

Michael SI do not see where you need to change anything . Everything was great , leanardo was a great person to work with. I do business there all the time
terry gTruck was cleaned and ready to go, but once night set, noted the headlights were aimed very low and sideways, had to drive with high beams just to see a little of the road ahead of me. Visibility probably limited to 50 %. Older style truck had a very short ramp making loading and unloading heavy items a bit more challenging. Most everything else worked well. Scheduled rental a few weeks in advance to make sure a truck was available at our local community, but had to drive over an hour each way to pick up the truck which was larger than requested and consumed more fuel with no additional compensation on a time schedule that was very limited as we had family coming in from out of town to assist with the loading process. Then we saw that insurance had been added to the contract which we had not requested as we had confirmed with our personal insurance company that they do indeed cover moving trucks under our existing plans. This was not noted until reviewing the final contract.

Lan TEnsure when you do select to do everything online, it does not have to be done again in person. Do give me a reservation for when I can't get a vehicle and then tell me my reservation is ready and then change the times on me. This is a joke.
John Atop notch first time ever having to use the roadside assistance and i was impressed from start to finish they had the tire changed and i was on my way in under 30 minutes

os SDont call the sheriff's for keeping rental extra days not everyone is a criminal you should try extending instead
