James L.Should be check more careful as the backup camera wasn't working "broken" and damage to the top of the tail light lens was broken from the person before us. Other than that, Scott owner of the rental's was a outstanding guy and very helpful with everything. Made our U-Haul rental experience really simple. Yes I will rent another U-Haul from this location. He went above and beyond to help us. Awesome Customer Service you have at that location.
