Francisco RangelScheduled pick up for 4:45, when I arrived the office was closed. There was a person in the parking lot, that after 15 min. came over to ask if I was the one picking up the truck. She stated that everyone was gone already. She called someone and they said she could check us out. She rapidly went through the check out on her phone. I was trying to add another driver to the contract, once I obtained the other drivers DL information she stated she had already skipped past that part and to just not let the other driver drive. VERY unprofessional of the office to close early and not allow me to put another driver. Leaving me as the sole driver for over 2000 miles.

Eloy ResendezAfter hours app for check in didn't work at all. Just a blank screen. Again too much relieve in tech without proper testing of all use cases... In this case Google Pixel phones. Sometimes simpler is better. Paper drop off and key boxes have worked for years...

Cary VandenbergThis time I rented a one way truck for the first time ever. I thought the truck was going to break down it made noise and ran rough. When I returned it to the drop off location at All-American Storage it was closed. We left the key in the U-Haul key drop box. I always fill the trucks I rent right before I return them. I filled the gas back to 3/4 tank and when I got the receipt they said I only filled it to 3/8 of a tank. The man I talked to said that he had been off, but it didn't look like the truck had moved, the tank read 3/8 and my name was on the contract. So, not only did I spend $120 to fill it back to 3/4 a tank, but was charged an extra $113 for the gas tank reading 3/8 of a tank. If you do a one way then I highly recommend you never choose All-American as your drop off location. A loyal customer with U-Haul and I got ripped off and treated wrong.

David OCallaghanThe ONLY thing I would say needs work is the front door. The gentleman working there said that the front door was messed up, but other than that, everything was perfect. You can tell that the front door thing was completely out of his hands and was no fault on him. The guy even offered to help me get my motorcycle off the trailer.

John StewartIt's not the location. The location is fine. Uhaul overall has just gotten to be a nickel -and -dime -you -to -death unavoidable bad experience if you need a truck. Thanks for turning $39,95 into an almost $300 charge.

Donna WhiteThe front desk lady was very nice, but both vehicles I was attempting to drive from this location had transmission issues and check engine lights on. I had to pay for a ride to another location across town to get a 3rd uhual that finally had no issues. The over all experience was a massive inconvenience and spent much of my time I could have spent already packing.
Michael CarmanRental agent was lazy, rude, and not truthful about an incident occurring during the renting of this truck. Instead of having the truck "staged" for exiting the lot, I was required to maneuver the truck out of a very tight parking spot. As I started backing the truck out, I could not see the post intended to keep people fron running into the building itself. Although I could not see the post in my mirrors, I knew that it was back there. As I slowly eased back with the intention of just bumping the pole. However, upon just the slightest bump the post fell over. Inspection of the damage showed that the bolts holding this particular pylon in place were very short and rusted very badly. I have no doubt that I could have pushed it over with my hands. Anyway the rental agent said that because I had purchased additional insurance with the truck that the damages would be covered. Needless to say that I was very surprised when a claim was filed with my insurance company the following day. And the estimate for repairs was absolutely outrageous. I could have made the repair myself (and offered to do so) for about $20 dollars for materials and about 30 minutes work. Simply not the sort of staff I expected after having dealt with the U-Haul company for more than 30 years and having been a rental agent with them in the past.
Ron GrahamLet the next customer know that if the choose mobile pick up, they won't be able to pick up vehicle because the location doesn't offer it. Couldn't get truck until hour after my pick up time. Called customer service and they said I needed to wait until the location opened, after being on hold for 48 mins. Customer service also said I would receive a credit for my troubles, still waiting on that. . Uhaul did not have the dolly's or or furniture pads loaded, had to wait for someone to do that.

Angela turnerThe district manager of this location charged me a cleaning fee because some of the blankets weren't folded adequately. They said it needed to be swept out and had trash in it. When I checked before I delivered it was clean. This was a overnight move of less than 100 miles I don't feel this is a reasonable charge.

William Kelly | Expérience généraleThe instructions for after hour pick up were vague. I spent over an hour trying to figure out why I could not access the keys to the vehicle. Once I was able to find the keys, the truck was clean but the truck's air conditioner was not working. Texas heat is brutal in July. I called several different numbers listed on the website and in contract but got no response. I drove the truck to my house called roadside assistance and they told me to return the truck and request a refund. I returned the truck and I did not get a refund. Needless to say, I had to get help from other sources because I was unable to move that weekend. It was a waste of time and money and still 5 days later, no one has contacted me to follow up. I am not happy with this u-haul location. Better customer service and response is imperative.

Mark SaxtonThe gas gauge showed "full" when I left the rental place. I drove 40 miles and when I refilled the tank to return it, which had dropped to 3/4 full. It took 9 gallons to refill. That's 3,5 mpg. Seems excessive.

Michael LanserThey made a copy of my DL & didn't give it back, I had to go back to pick it up. Then when I went to fill the truck up because it was on Empty. There was a lock on the back gate so I had to go back a second time to have the lock cut off. The back of the truck was filthy, a check engine light was on & a tighten gas cap light which made it to where you couldn't see the miles except right when you started the truck.

I found that the whole office treated me well and I was pretty good enough to actually not mind hanging out there. I highly recommend this Uhaul shop as a top notch
Cliff AustinThe lockbox for mobile pickup at this location were not marked, the codes did not work, and when we called the 24/7 contact person, they answered the phone intoxicated, hung up in us, and then refused to take our calls. We waited an hour before just giving up and waiting a second hour til UHaul district opened so we could get a new moving van. All in all, by the time we got our van from a different location, we were three hours behind on our moving schedule.
