irene sWe signed up for a 26' truck, but could only get a 15' so we had to drive extra miles.
Carol LThe lady at the counter was very nice even though she had a real difficult customer in front of me .I felt sorry for her and told customer to ease up .if she got a bad report from the lady that rented vehicle don't believe it that lady was pretty rude about things that were not the facilitys issue.

ALBERTA HU-Haul erased all the plans I had made and waited until just an hour before my pick up time to inform me that they had moved my pick up location to across town. I got to STL and my hard work with arranging my drop off and the 1 month free storage was ERASED!

Peter LRightside tire low tread! Had tire tread fly off and almost lost the trailer. Shifted entire load and broke a few items. It too over 4 hours to get repaired, had to rent a hotel room. Getting Customer service if virtually impossible to file complaints.

Foster HI had the dolly for less than 2,5 hours and the car i needed to tow would not smoothly load without damage. Yet, i was not able to get a refund. I am very disappointed how this was handled.
Tara DChains, straps and hook system wasn't put on correctly or safely after I specifically stated that I have never put them on before and needed it done correctly due to the very long 1 800 mile trip. Less than 2 hours down the road, chains loose or broken and the straps where put on incorrectly. Called U-Haul Roadside Assistance while in Tupelo, MS and the Representative was located in Phoenix, AZ. She was very helpful and after a long wait my vehicle was finally ready. I made it to my destination. While turning in the Truck and Tow we realized that the chain was broken again and one of the straps was still loose. Thank those who assisted me along the way. Ensure that all employee's are trained on how to hook up towing and make sure that they tell customers HOW to do it correctly.
Terry MI ask if I could drop the trailer anywhere as we are emergency relief. The young lady said yes. I tried to leave it in Holbrook and another location in Gallup but was unable to. The trailer was old and everything inside got wet including PPE's. Not a good way to run a business.
James WWesley went out of his way to move the rented equipment to a convenient location. Area (Gallup) was under a lock down order because of Covid-19 and he relocated equipment to West side location. Also, the lady at the West side helped with some of the paperwork. No extra fees. Thank you very much
David BUpon arrival, I was informed that they did not have the truck I reserved. Needless to say, I was not happy. However, the guys at the location were able to help us out and locate a truck for me to use.

I was going to be a few minutes late (for her closing time) due to the horrible experience from the previous place i went, I will address that later, she was nice, helpful, had no issues with helping me after her closing time, you need to send all you can renting something in Gallup to her.
