Nothing everything was excellent
GLORIA PThe U-Haul needs to be checked out. We had to jump off the truck after loading it. We also filled truck up to full but after driving it for about 15 miles gas gauge read below a half a tank. Not sure if gage is working right but overall it was good.
PAUL RThe lady running the place was very rude and seemed as though she was being disturbed by having to get off her phone and do her job. She couldn't find our reservation and when she did find it she tried to charge me more than I was quoted even though nothing had changed with my reservation. It wasn't until I was about to call uhaul did she "found a discount" that would match our reservation price. I didn't believe a word of that.

Joshua GTruck needed oil and transmission fluid. It didn't shift properly and it was a hassle. I overextended my use and the ladies were very understanding with the situation I was in and I'm very grateful. Maintenance should be done on the vehicle and any other vehicles as well. It cost me money to get the fluids checked by a professional at pep boys. He said that he wasn't allowed to do any fluid refills that it required and I still had to pay 32 dollars to find that out. All in all the women who works there are exceptional and I highly recommend the facility to everyone

laurie lMy only concern was when I got the truck it was nearly out of gas and the person who I rented from said they'd credit me $12 for gas I'm upset because I $150 in the truck and left nearly a half a tank but no reimbursement for that but overall it's a Great truck Mrs.Lois Rembert.

When you turn it would make a popping noise. I really didn't feel safe in that particular truck. Other rentals in the past were nice. This one was horrible.

ROLAND DThe manager at this site was very rude to me, misinformed me, and lied to me. I returned the truck at 7:30am on the day it was due back. It was clean and full of gas.i put the key in the drop box. The manager at no time told me where to park it, only that if I returned it early, to call her and she would give the code to the gate. I called the office the night before, left a message saying I needed the code. I did not receive a call back. When I spoke to the manager later in the day to make sure all was ok, she was very rude, and not very professional. She yelled at me for leaving it in front of the gate, tried to tell me I left the key in it and told me she would have to charge me an after hours return fee of $20.00. Which I was ok with. She said the truck was not checked in until after the time it was due back. She told me she knew exactly the time I dropped it off and when I was picked up by my ride. I later called the office and spoke with Jessica who much more pleasant and very professional, she said she would address the issue of me being over charged, going so far as giving me a call back to let me know the status of the situation. I was charged twice for the use if the moving blankets. The manager told me my total charge for the rental would be $128.00. Instead I was charged $239,4 with additional charges pending totaling $113.02. My receipt shows I was giving a credit of $83,08 which I have yet to get. So, no, I am not happy with the service or all the extra charges I wasnt aware of and I will not be using uhaul again. Regards, Judith Havard

TERRY HI had 1/4 tank of gas and stopped specifically to get gas. It was supposed to be 3/8?! So I guess it wasn't quite 3/8 and they charged me $. I had a ride so I dropped it off early and they charged me for that too. Terrible. Would not use again.
Cheryl NThe lady behind the counter was very nice and friendly. I do think uhaul has made the process more complicated for checking in and out. That is no reflection on the staff at this location, but it is directed to uhaul processes. It shouldn't be that complicated. Customer service was excellent. Process, not so much.

Cassandra STake out the broke off screws sticking out the side rails and fix the leak in the roof. My cabinets got rained on in the truck by the leak and scratched and gouged by screws. Was not worth getting the truck from them. They have three trucks the size I rented two new ones and one that is messed up. So they give me the messed up one. That was nice ! Picking up the truck before they open is a pain. They do not give you the gate code to get in. You have to call the 1-800 number and stay on the phone for 15 minutes to talk to someone that can call someone and get you a code. Then you have to get another code to get your padlock off. Which none of that is in your contract information. So if you plan on picking up at 7 AM you need to be there at least by 6 AM. And returning it was a pain. They could not get my location on my phone. So I had to leave the truck there locked and take the keys with me and come back after 9 AM when they were open and I hope they didn't charge me which they didn't. The whole experience was awful.
Jeremy BI have no problems with this location. I have used before, and will again. U-haul has changed a few things, where you are to do something where you scan your Drivers licence, I never did get that link. Love the people at this location.
LAURIE SI am a reservation number for a 15ft truck, and when I called AHEAD to confirm all they had was a 20ft. They did give it to me for same price.
