Take out the broke off screws sticking out the side rails and fix the leak in the roof. My cabinets got rained on in the truck by the leak and scratched and gouged by screws. Was not worth getting the truck from them. They have three trucks the size I rented two new ones and one that is messed up. So they give me the messed up one. That was nice ! Picking up the truck before they open is a pain. They do not give you the gate code to get in. You have to call the 1-800 number and stay on the phone for 15 minutes to talk to someone that can call someone and get you a code. Then you have to get another code to get your padlock off. Which none of that is in your contract information. So if you plan on picking up at 7 AM you need to be there at least by 6 AM. And returning it was a pain. They could not get my location on my phone. So I had to leave the truck there locked and take the keys with me and come back after 9 AM when they were open and I hope they didn’t charge me which they didn’t. The whole experience was awful.

I have no problems with this location. I have used before, and will again. U-haul has changed a few things, where you are to do something where you scan your Drivers licence, I never did get that link. Love the people at this location.

I am a reservation number for a 15ft truck, and when I called AHEAD to confirm all they had was a 20ft. They did give it to me for same price.

The lady was confused on us bringing the truck there, even though the app said to. She then said something about taking it somewhere else, but I followed the instructions online and we left. You just need better employees.

Keep your trucks clean. Dont worry about a measly. 80 for 2 extra miles that it took to return the truck when I spent an extra 30 on gas and dropped it off with the fuel at 3/4 of a tank when I picked it up at 1/4.

One thing that I did not like was that the clamp holding the $7 dolly in place inside the truck was already loose. We were loading items and something hit it, causing the dolly to slide out and break the tie causing us to be charged an extra $7. Other than needing to make sure the items are secure or to just not have them inside the trucks unless requested the service was great!

I was over charged for an extra day. Now I have 3 debits on my account $62,$64,and $75. I should have only been charged for the $75. This mistake on your behalf caused my account to be overdrawn by $5.90, which will probably charge me an $35 over draft fee. If that ends up being the case I would expect you to take care of this as well.

I hated my experience with this company...1st she said it would only be $55.19 then she said she charged me for an extra day because I brought the truck back da next day..but da company told me there were no addtnl charges..then I put da gas past where it was upon arrival .. almost on full..and now no will answer the phone to tell me how much I actually paid for the truck...I hope ur company doesn't treat all there customers this way...then she said after I called her da truck had to be back at nine..but while in office she never gave me a time and I didn't even have da truck a full 24hrs. This is not fair and I want to be compensated for da extra day I was charged...I will not be referring anyone to this particular location...This was da worst experience that I've had with U-haul.

RUDE! Someone called my husband to travel 32 miles to sweep out the truck and fold the blankets! As if $200 for the truck rental was not enough. When he traveled to the location, they said they could not wait for him and charged $25.00!!! Rip Off!

The only problem I have is the mileage at .79 cents a mile is a bit much. The weekend rate of .99 cents is a lot too. This may stop me from using this place again. Kathy in the office is great! She helped me immensely! Just the price is a little too high for my budget. Thank you!

Originally I ordered on line for Irvington Alabama said in stock drove over to get it they didn't have one on location so had to drive a extra 12 miles which wasn't to bad. Trailer did fine for my needs.

My experience with U-Haul at All Day All Night Storage, 7131 Old Pascagoula Rd, Theodore, AL 36582 was the way all customer/supplier experiences should be. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the price quote and final bill matched and the rental truck was clean and well maintained. Excellent service. I would definitely recommend them.

Should have a better pricing for hourly i payed $48.32for two hours and used a total of 26 miles on car dollies should have hourly or daily 10 per hr or 44.95 daily orther than price it was great

The tow dolly hold down straps were twisted and it took me 20 minutes to get them loose. Your employees should check the equipment better when it comes in.

I wasn't told that I would need a board of some sort to load my car, I dragged on the trailer when loading. This is something that should be handy for some to load a vehicle onto a tow trailer. The under carriage of my car was damaged due to this. and I got no assistance when loading the car onto the trailer.....Very frustrating. And I wasn't explained the time that I had to drop the truck and trailer back off, and I was charged for an extra day when I dropped the truck off....

The pickup location was excellent, nice friendly people. On the other hand uhaul The truck was crap, the so called gentle ride was not so gentle. The steering was so lose you could turn the wheel and nothing happens. When braking hard enough it had a pull to the left, as well before getting to where I needed the transmission wouldn't shift and was just told to tell them when I turn it in. This truck was a very dangerous truck to drive and should not even be on the road. Better maintenance needs to be done instead of just hot swaping vehicles from one person to another.
