PATRICIA ARTIGILIOI would stay away from this location unless like being overcharged! When I picked up two cargo trailers the dispatcher mentioned to two day rate and daily extension rate, and the cost of 6 moving pads and said sign here and there. My partner was with me and we can attest to that Safe Tow or added insurance was not mentioned. When I went to return them at different one way location the additional charges for $25 each were on there, again unstated and not agree upon by us.

Brian Smith | Expérience générale1. UHaul can fix your app. It has horrible lag. I was on 5 bars LTE on a iPhone 13 pro. All my apps and browsers were working perfectly. When I got to screen that requires me to check the two boxes for Ts & Cs, after reading each document several times, the box would not activate so I could check it. Turns out that the credit card box that pre-populated with my card was not displaying the fields below with the expiration date and zip. Could not have been lag as the card with the pre-saved credit card was visible as were the two boxes. So the issue was with your app, not user error. Unbelievably frustrating. Worse that your chat agents were different each time so there was no continuity of the problem resolution. And the wait for each response I made was 3 - 5 minutes. Horrid experience. I response "yes" and wait for some other person to respond. Never again. The chat rep told me to refresh the screen. You might want to explain to them that you CANNOT REFRESH AN APP SCREEN!!! Then told to log on via a browser, but you asked for a confirmation message to be sent so I chose the default email because I was on the phone and chat at the same time, and after multiple attempts I still NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL. I finally tried text message and it worked. Maybe fix your app? 2. I got to the Uhaul location just after 7:00 AM. You "advertise" a fast check in via the app. BS! you popped to sets of Ts&Cs that would take AT LEAST 20 minutes to read. I'm sure there is info in there you would rather me not read by allowing me to check-in the night before. I left after 8:00 so I had to hold up my volunteer an hour. 3. I can see why the hold time for a phone rep is 15 to 20 minutes. It's because of the incompetence of your leadership to fix a stinking app with HORRIBLE user experience. Maybe send your IT department out to the field and let them watch a newbie figure struggle through the crappy interface. I told you the ridiculous hold times for chat. I took screenshots as I contemplated a bait and switch class action lawsuit. 4. The final phone rep I was escalated to did a good job trying to work with your crap IT. She suggested it was because of mobile service. I assured her both my Verizion and a buddies TMobile was workin just fine. But the fact that the crap app was telling me I was not connected to WiFi was another tell-tell sign. No kidding? I'm in a field and I'm not connected to wifi? Really? Showed me that message several times. If you want wifi tell the owner of the rental place to PUT WIFI ON THE PROPERTY instead of telling me "I'm not connected to wifi." Unbelievable. I will never, ever recommend Uhaul to anyone and I'll tell this story of incompetence to 10 or more people over the years. And don't bother to blame it on user error. I spent way too many years in IT and still to this day work with IT on user facing interfaces. Here's a hint for the COO...fix the crap app, then your phone and chat agents won't be slammed and your hold times and response times will fall into acceptable thresholds. Unbelievable. The truck was fine...there were 4 trucks there and I had to look in all of them trying to figure out which one was mine, and of course I got the one that wasn't as clean as the others in the cab, and the bed had not been swept. Wasn't terrible and when compared to the miserable failure of the check-in, it was 5 star. Where do I send my bill for a lost hour of my life due to Uhaul and another 20 minutes telling you what to fix?

Chuck AndersonThere is very little parking on the street side for after hours drop off. There is no QR code to scan or barcode to read on the Key Drop off box making it difficult to know what to do. The hours of operation should be noted on this location since the gate is closed and locked and parking is very limited on the driveway.

Fred RomeroFor some reason, Texas has a real shortage of UHaul rentals. At this location, TC held our reservation for us as flight delays made us late for our pickup time. TC was great and had genuine concern for us as we did have to travel a long way to get there. The unit was very new and well kept. Hugh shout out to TC.. Man, your the best.

It rained the day I traveled 6 hours in the rain constantly trying to see through the bad wipers.I could not return it after dark as planned because I could not see in the rain in the dark. The truck was clean and everything else was good at the pickup it was just the wiper problem. Debbie at the drop off office was wonderful and gave me time to come the next day.
