todd B.I typically rent trailers from other locations but tried this on on 3560 Volunteer. The premises are super clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful and the trailer was in great shape. One of the better experiences when renting a UHaul trailer. I will come back to this location for my next rental.

philip R.It turned out that the truck had a leaky brake cylinder after a few hundred miles. It could not be repaired or replaced and everything had to be unloaded and then reloaded into a 20' truck and trailer in Dewey,, Az. Then in Jackson Mn the trailer fell off the truck and one of the tires was bad on the trailer and had to be replaced.

If a customer has a problem with this place or the people that run it, it 100 percent is the customer's fault, either not listening or thinking they are correct. Point being, just all around great people who do their job well. I will recommend this location any chance I can.
