I would like more explanation on the rental. Explain the process: 1. You will be asked to review the vehicle before leaving the business. Inspect for condition: scratches,dents, etc. 2. If you have an accident, do this.. 3. Check fuel level and record

the staff was polite. the truck was pretty clean, but old. there were problems with turning the key in the ignition - an obvious malfunction, apparently the owner does not want to spend money on repairs.

I told the clerk what it cost and wasn't full. She said oh well, should gave fsken a photo. Seems like a a ripoff to me.
