The young lady at this site was very knowledgeable about her job and the truck was clean. We had a little trouble with the ramp not closing properly so that we had to work hard to get the door locked. But overall it was a good experience.

Michael HBetween the email system and U-Haul app, neither of which was any help, this isn't the fault of any person I interacted with at True Value hardware or Fair View Auto. I had to go on faith and phone calls to ensure the dropping off of the trailer was documented and I wouldn't be held liable for U-Hauls inability to mesh communication between their email and app systems. None of this is a reflection on the humans I interacted with to do what I needed done.

LUIS SI waited for 10-15 minutes as the staff person waited on another customer. All together it took 20 minutes to drop the trailer off. I would still use this site as a drop off now that I know the drill.
Thomas BThe designated place for pick up was wrong and I had to drive from Whitehouse to Lindale to pick up the truck. The truck was to be returned on May 4, however, I was unable to move into my place and I notified U haul about extending the rental. Fast forward on May 28 the truck was picked up without notification and I thought it had been stolen. I filed a police report and lost sleep over it. Only to find out that Uhaul had taken the truck. Not pleased at how they handled this.
