The cashier/rep that assisted me went above and beyond due to u-haul scheduling 3-4 different customers to the same vehicle around the same time and that did not include me. He allowed me to use a larger truck at the same rate. U-haul did not notify me to let me know that a vehicle was not available or anything, the app/online services needs to be updated. Thanks to the gentleman that assisted me, everything worked out due to his customer service.Nastaucia S.

This is incomplete. I would like to thank the two ladies on the phone that help me that night I return the truck. The first one helped me changing the return location to a closer one and the other one helped me with the keys return box. So they were the ones that made my experience better.Carlos M.

I'd already filled out my info online on Friday, submitted my driver's license photo (front and back), received my online reservation, however, when I went to pick up the truck on Saturday morning, I had to re-submit my info all over again. So that's my only complaint is having to do the "check-in" thing twice.Cicely O.

My appointment was for 2:30 so I arrived 15 minutes early but the facility was closed for lunch, with a sign on the door saying will return @2:35. They didn't have the keys for the truck, so my reservation had to be moved. I didn't get out of the store until after 3 pm.Kathi S.

My first hiccup of this rental came when I got to the pick up location I selected online and they didn't have my reservation. The attendant there told me that Uhaul changed my pick up location (probably due to availability). BUT, I never received notice of the change. He located the store for me and wrote down the address for me. Imagine my surprise to find out that I actually drove by that location to get to his sotre. By the time I fought Friday rush hour traffic to get to the correct location, it was way after hours. Dshuna, the wonderful lady at that location (All Weather Storage) was incredible. Her store closes at 5, and she stayed until after 5:30 to wait for me. Not only did she stay late to help me, but she was very friendly, walked me through the whole process, and made sure I was 100 % good to go without me feeling rushed. That kind of great customer service is far too rare these days. The trailer itself was a different matter. I own a 18ft trailer, but rented this one because it was enclosed and supposed to rain, so am very familiar with them. The trailer I rented is WAY past due for service or replacement. The paint on the door came off on my hands every time I touched it, the latch was rusted and worn, all the lugs on the wheels were severely rusted, the suspension had no grease in it and 0 flex, even when loaded, and I had to re-tighten the hitch several times while in use. Overall, I was able to get my move done, but Uhaul needs to step up their game on maintenance for their satellite locations.William S.

Costumer service was amazing! my tow dolly had a burned tail light but besides that i had a 10/10 experienceOscar C.
There was no ac in the truck. It blew hot air. Very uncomfortable. Also,my reservation was canceled because I was late. And I did a new one and with all the hassle I got out their at 11:45am when I arrived at 10:50 am. I was still ask to bring the truck back at 4:00 pm. Hire new people that don't take their lunch break at 3:00 and then close the store at 4 when the store closes atâ€5:00â€!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And also fix the uhaul app it never showed that I checked out the truck or checked the truck back in once I had returned it and it wouldn't let me pay even though I put the keys in lock box and properly checked out through the app. It sucks!!!!!Shanneka T.

The website said I was to pick up a trailer at the Katy location, but text said to pick it up at Whittington location (not convenient for me). That doesn't reflect on this location, but should be addressed by U-Haul IT. I attached the trailer myself and the moving pads I ordered were not in the trailer. Overall, good experience.Hl K.

Checking the vehicle correctly. The sale person was concern with dents and scratches. I learned in the late eaving that the truck I drove headlights did not work. I had to have a car leading me and a car following behind the uhaul truck for safety. This was scary not knowing if the car next to me on the highway could see me, would I get hit. I also rented a dolly. Once I got it home, I realized I didn't know how to operate iit. So, I went back to the uhaul location for instructions. The sale repersentative did not know how to operate the dolly. Not that she would call and find out but she didn't know how to operate it. Total unsatisfactory answer. I pray I want have to need a uhaul from this location again.angie T.

I never agreed upon pricing for my rental. I was issued a certificate that this location would not honor. I was charged the full amount when 50 $should've been deducted from total. I will fight this charge! Horrible, horrible service!Porcia E.

The manager was the rudest most unhelpful person i have ever met...would not lift a finger to help the girl that was at the front dest when there was a room full of ppl...when the young lady asked her if she would help me attach the cargo trailer to my truck...this was my 1st time using one & was not sure how to do it properly...the manager said no...i could do it myself ..it was her day off I was beyond pissed...my original appointment was suppose to be at 7 am to pick it up ..then at the last minute they changed it to 10am...i didn't get out of there til about 11:20 There was suppose to b someone to hook it up for me ...so that it would be done rite....there was not...the girl behind the desk said she would try... She was a very nice helpful lady...BUT that manager was pathetic....Robyn W.

This is a small location and they had to bring the trailer from another location. It was on time, but it took both the attendant, who was alone, and me to connect the 6x12 trailer. The bigger locations are better equipped, but did not show availability..Lee C.

don't wait till 8:30 on the morning of pickup to inform me of a change in pickup location, and then not have the accessories I needed in stock. this is not this location's fault, but it was VERY inconvenient.chris B.
