Easy to find and the guys were friendly and helpful. Trailer was in good condition and worked well for the task. Only thing I didn't realize was that there was a charge for after-hours drop-off. When I made the reservation, I asked whether I could return the trailer after they closed. I was told yes and that Uhaul just needed to document hooking up the trailer to my truck. Neither the Uhaul phone rep nor the guy at the rental location said anything about an extra $20 charge for after-hours drop-off. Fortunately, I made it back 5 minutes before they closed so avoided the charge but would have been angry about the extra fee which I only saw after I dropped off the trailer.

Again, U-Hauls systems seem to set up their individuals for failure. After making a reservation over a month in advance, the location I went to was surprised to see me. I was also contacted a day before my move across the country only to be notified that the original location I selected to pick things up at would not have the items I needed. I had to change things around last minute to accommodate. While placing a reservation was an easy process, the actual holding of the reservation (the most important part) appears to be broken. This leaves both myself, and the staff at this location frustrated (which is understandable). The rental I received had several bottles and leftover trash. I assume this is because the unit I had was received last minute.

The owner or manager called me ahead to confirm which I was happy since they didn't have enough trucks for all reservations but I got mine . The person helping at pick up time, who was not the person I spoke with, was friendly but a little careless. I was first given the wrong keys for the truck or keys that didn't work and my phone number was input wrong in the system so I didn't get a call on where to drop off. I had to call in myself.

I have had issues sense the beginning. I tried to make it very clear that I needed my rental and I needed a schedual. I told them that I could be to the location if needed to puck it up before closing if it was best. I was told the conveient app or online page would make it easy and i could pick up after hours. My truck i originally requested never make it back so they gave me a credit and the next size up that was avalible. I appreciated that. Then when time came i couldnt pick up my rental and the customer service wouldnt do anything to help. I was then left tranded till 7am when the place opened to i could get the uhaul. When it came to turn it in i could not turn it in because online would not take my credit card for some reason. Then I sat for over an hour going from peraon to person on the 1800 number. I ended up leaving because I had to get to work and it was super inconvenient. I had to then drive an hour back to the location the next day and the guy called in the morning to check what happened. I told him and he said to make it when i can and he would take care of me. He said he would contact his DM and see what he could do so nothing like this happens again. I got to the location and tge guy at the counter was full of excuses. I told him i talked to a guy a hour ago and told him the situation and i wanted to speak with him. He then said it was probably joe and he is busy. I looked right at him and said who the joe right here. They guy was right next to him. He then stumbled words and said it was probably ED. Then he took the keys and wouldnt do anything. He just said he would charge me card for anything if needed and pushed me out the door. I am super unhappy and willmost likelynever use uhaul again.

There is no reason to justify a massive price increase in a few weeks from $67 to $366 for the exact same trailer traveling to the exact same location! Also, Uhaul needs to upgrade and fix your software as it locks up every time I try to rent something!!! This message needs to be sent to Uhaul corporate.

We simply dropped off the truck, I made certain we weren’t charged extra for mileage, the truck checked out fine and we were cleared to leave- no hassles at all

The door to the trailer was sprung. It was necessary to put my full 200lbs to bear to align it so that the latch would insert into the catch. I was told at Alles's that I would receive a refund if I used the trailer less than the three (3) days. (I returned it in less than 24 hours.)

1 got billed for the wrong truck,charged $36000, mobile app did not work, service clerk took 1/2 hour to check me out and finally could not return the keys. Customer service was horrible

It’s not the pick up location problem - it is u-haul . Drove thru a rain storm and everything up front near the hitch was soaked - very disappointed.mattresses ,clothes etc.
