We had to travel here from Lubbock because there were no available trucks in Lubbock. The person running it was very nice and helpful, but it was basically a shed on a gravel lot where the equipment was kept. Again, super nice person working there, but it's a massive stretch to call this much of a location.
JEREMY BBe accurate on gas gauge. I filled gas to where it was when I got it and they said I needed to put more. I didn't so I got charged like 50 extra dollars

Jacqueline CYour system for rental agreement is time consuming and burdensome. A simple rental of a trailer to use locally has become too complicated. Everything has to be done by E-mail and for this 68 year old it was a hassle. I don't have a printer and wasn't expecting what took place. Thank goodness for the good people at All Star auto glass for getting me through this overcomplicated process. The trailer was great and was what I needed but, your rental process was not what this old man was ready for!

Cecily WAll star Auto glass put in the U-Haul drop off location as Corpus Christi, when I actually dropped in Carlsbad NM. Charging me $803 and caused me to have auto payments bounce. Over $400 in the negative!!!!! When I called, no one answered the phone!!!

BARBARA DAfter setting up the reservation with Richard at Allstar I kept getting calls from Abilene telling me I needed to pick up the truck in Wolford that there was not a truck in Levelland. They kept calling even after I had already picked the truck up, a little annoying. That's all !!
Ruben GWould be helpful and easier to lift and hook up if each trailer had a block to set the hitch on.
Cindy CTruck was dirty inside and out when I picked it up. The windshield was dirty with dead bugs and the inside was covered with dirt. I actually had to stop and clean it up myself at the nearest gas place. It took over an hour to actually pick up this truck via the Internet. A bad experience. The company was nice when I returned the truck much cleaner than I received it.

DEELAINE RHave this dealer show up. After calling twice to confirm pickup on Monday….he failed to show up to do the paperwork. Luckily U-Haul corporate took over and rented me the trailer
Phil DIf I didn't hv to drive a extra 40 miles the opposite direction to get the Trk it wouldn't hv been bad . U haul sucks ! This location did what they needed to do

ROBERT AThe mobile app was not as easy to navigate. The truck was not full on the tank of gas. We put $42 to drive to Seminole and then $12 to bring it up to where it was. The previous people did not clean the truck very well. We got in there and swept it and mopped it because my new mattresses got stained due to some filth on the floor.

STACIE SNot specific to this location, but I should not be charged extra for dropping off equipment in a closer location and early just because you have supply issues in certain parts of the country. Your equipment issues are not my problem and I should pay a standard rate per day regardless of where I pick up or drop off.

sarah wI requested a 10' truck and was given a 15' truck which was more expensive. I chose and paid for a regular dolly and was given a furniture dolly. I didn't use the furniture dolly because I didn't move and furniture.

ANGELA JI got ripped off! The website was messed up the whole weekend so I couldn't check the recorded fuel level, and when I returned the truck it had more fuel than when I picked it up and I got charged $22! Plus didn't get the dolly I requested and had to spend over 30 minutes on a three way call just to get the key lock box code! Truck ran great, but the entire experience cost me time and money that really hindered my move.

SHELLEE SWe had very short notice on our van needing to be picked up 62 miles away. It's caused some stress but The repressentative was very helpful and understanding
