Emmanuel OgunjiI requested mobile pickup at 7, when I arrived mobile pickup was unavailable and after calling the help number and waiting on hold for 30 minutes the only option was to push back my rental time until the facility opened up. Huge inconvenience. The staff on location were very nice and may need further training for a quicker process, but it seemed more of a problem on the uhaul systems side rather than this individual partner.

Jeevan ReddyThe truck was filthy with the inside particularly disgusting. It smelled terrible, sticky substance in the cup holders and on the floor boards. We spent 20 minutes cleaning it out enough to ride in it. The mirrors were very difficult to adjust and did not stay in place, which was a SAFETY HAZARD during the entire trip. DON'T use this place.

Michael MossThe facility is clean, but the truck was dirty. The floor mats were dirty and there were bird droppings all over truck. Recommend cleaning before next user. Also, customer service was rude. When I first walked in, I said that I wanted to rent a truck, the female staff said they didn't have any trucks. The male staff interrupted and said they didn't have any for walk ins., but I was okay b/c I had a reservation. I questioned why he took my real-time picture after I provided my valid CDL, and why he wanted to see my auto insurance policy details to make sure that I had full coverage, proof of insurance card was not sufficient. He told me that I was free to leave if I didn't want to provide. I ended up getting the insurance coverage, as I didn't have my declaration page with me. I think that it's a tactic to make you buy their coverage to spend more money. I won't go to this location again.

Sandra MainThe salesperson I dealt with at the pick up location was very rude and refused to accept my Bank of America Visa debit card for payment. I had to call Uhaul customer service and they had to speak to her directly in order for her to accept my form of payment. I will never pick Alon Planet Storage again as a pick up site for any future rentals.

DEANNE MOOREThe truck had dog hair in throughout interior and smelled of smoke. I reserved truck online and waived insurance but my final bill from location included the fee for insurance. They refused to refund me. What good is it if I make a reservation online and the details are not honored. Very disappointed again.

Robin WilsonMy pick up time was scheduled for 9:00 am when the store opened. The woman who opened up was late, then told me that I might have to wait until 10:00 am to get my rental. However she did get things started as soon as she got the store opened up. She didn't seem very knowledgeable about the rental vans, and another employee who showed up later had to help out. I request a dozen moving blankets and was told they only had six there which wasn't nice to hear. You would think they would be more prepared.

PAUL KIMIt's our second time to pick up a truck/van from this location. Last Sunday was a bit odd, we came to pick up the truck (including all my other orders) but it turned out that I was not in their system. I was not able to get any furniture pads (as I originally ordered in advance) because there were none in that location. However, the guy is very helpful despite everything.

Lisa BransonThe customer service person who checked me in via the self check in app seemed to be giving me a hard time just to be a jerk. I've rented and picked up before from same location recently and never had to provide a secondary contact for them to call and verify. It was 10:30PM! I picked up at night before and this didn't happen. Then after my first alternate contact answered and verified me... she asked for a SECOND One! Luckily I was able to provide but I felt she was trying to give me a hard time for no reason.
