I'm fairly certain the gas gauge was broken on the vehicle I used. The first 20 I put in gave me nearly a quarter tank, the second 20 I put in gave me 1/16 tank, the third 20 I put in gave me slightly more than 1/16 tank. Kind of irritating when I'm financially held responsible for the amount of gas in the vehicle upon returning.

Ive never been verbally attacked like that from a business owner in my life. He's represents the UHAUL name, terrible for business. Truck was absolutely filthy. Shifted gears badly.

REGINALD P.The UHAUL reservation system needs a lot of work. This is not an exaggeration....UHAUL wasted hours of my time and the compensation was minimal. The gentleman at this location was very helpful though and did not waste my time at all.

Robert U.Location/dealer is excellent to deal with. However, the national on-line reservation system needs some clear cut differentiation between an in-town move, a short distance move(300miles or less) where you return truck to same location, & 1-way move. That would help U-haul & renter out immensely..

Benjamin K.The location was fine. The equipment was fine. Which is why the higher review. However, the experience was awful. (No fault of location) We had a guaranteed reservation 30 days in advance only to find out 2 days prior that there was not going to be a truck available for our reservation. Not because U-Haul contacted us to tell us, but because we were being proactive and checking on our reservation. The ONLY reason we ended up with a truck at all was because someone cancelled theirs that day. Complete disregard to us, the customer, for the inconvenience of changing location and pick up time, making us rearrange our movers and appointments for the whole day. We had to drive twice as far, pay for more mileage and gas, and without any explanation other than “it's the busiest weekend of the month� If I wasn't stuck with my situation, I would have called Penske and been done with it. It's as bad as double booking flights. I will not use U-Haul again. Again, 30 day reservation, without even a heads up that you weren't planning on guaranteeing anything.
