Truck cab was not clean at pick up time, very unprofessional location, I was scheduled to pick up at 10am and she told me I would have to wait til 2 pm for the tow dolly. Turned out someone came over to get it hooked up that did not work for altus mini storage

Richard TKnob for Air / heat control broken. Drivers headlight low beam not working had to drive at night with Highbeams.the gentlemen that worked there were very nice.
Frank CThe Office personnel were rude on the phone and was angry that the equipment was dropped off at another location, since this location decided to take several days off and not return phone calls. My credit card was charged (without) my consent for additional days even though the equipment was dropped off prior to the due date. After making a call to the main U-Haul offices the funds were credited back to my card. This drop off location should not be allowed to continue to do business as a U-Haul location.

The stuff falls from the ceiling constantly and covers the stuff in the storage area. The staff is very friendly and accommodating!
