Michael C.Upon pick up they informed my wife they had changed the drop off location to a site 10 miles further away without adding any miles to the contract or explanation. As expected when I dropped it off yesterday I was 9,5 miles over the quote on the contract and had to pay ~$10 overage fee. The contract should have been upheld or miles added to allow us to move it to the new location they chose. I have used Uhaul many times and first time for the bait and switch from them. This is not up to the Uhaul standard.
