The lady at this uhaul location was very customer friendly and very knowledgeable. I would definitely do business again with this uhaul location on Mary Lynn drive in Georgetown KY.

DAVID R.Took 2-3 to drop off the truck. Your website was down and customer service took over an hour to contact me. I am thankful that I only live a few miles away. If you are having technical difficulties record a message on your customer service line with instructions.

Jeffery H.As i dropped the uhaul off some lady tapped on my window and said "hand me your keys" it wasnt until i finished my dropoff procedure that i asked who she was and then she told me that she worked for the storage company. She should have told me from the beginning in a proffesional way who she was and that it was ok to give her my keys. I thought she was the next person picking the truck up or possibly someone trying to steal the truck. It was unproffesional that she did not announce who she was and just simply demanded my keys with no explanation.
